This tiger-striped, ranger-green bastion of reliability is equipped with patented SpeedSafe assisted opening for easy, one-handed opening. The S30V blade steel holds its edge and offers both wear and corrosion resistance. Tiger-striped Tungsten DLC coating provides a nonreflective, camouflaged finish. The machined G-10-and-titanium handle is durable and ensures a secure grip. A solid pivot shaft with hex nut enables you to adjust for tighter or looser blade deployment. Rule 52? The 0180 is ready to serve and protect—because it’s the right thing to do. Based on Rick Hinderer’s Fieldtac knife, the 0180 is a smaller and lighter fixed blade, yet it’s built to handle whatever tough duty comes your way. Its blade is built of Vanadis
4 Extra powdered metallurgy steel, a tough tool steel perfectly designed for hard use. It also offers excellent wear resistance and good hardness. As a finishing touch, ZT coats it with nonreflective Tungsten DCL coating. The
0180’s handle scales are lightweight, durable G-10. The handle locks right into your hand thanks to the forefinger contour and chamfered handle scales. Heavy jimping on the spine further enhances grip, especially in duty gloves. It comes complete with a belt sheath and is ready to serve you.

Uddeholm ELMAX
A third-generation powdered steel, it has virtually no nonmetallic inclusions and offers an extremely uniform distribution of carbides for high wear and corrosion resistance.
Uddeholm Vanadis 4 Extra
This super-clean, powdered tool steel offers an excellent combination of wear resistance and strength. It is chip and crack resistant and is an excellent steel for hard-use applications.
Crucible CPM S30V
All-around premium knife steel that takes and holds an edge extremely well; also extremely tough and wear resistant.
Crucible CPM S35VN
A stainless steel that offers enhanced toughness over S30V without loss of wear resistance. In knife blades, S35VN resists edge chipping and provides excellent edge retention.
Bӧhler M390
With a high chromium and vanadium content, this powdered metallurgy stainless steel offers good wear resistance with excellent corrosion resistance. It takes a razor edge and holds it well. It can also be polished to a mirror finish and is very tough.
