Abstract. The article is devoted to the issues of the state and development of network marketing in the world. The main advantages and disadvantages of MLM are considered, the problems of network marketing in the Russian market are analyzed, the differences in the development of MLM marketing in the West and in Russia are revealed. Conducted research, defining prospects for the development and application of multilevel marketing.
