Completing a Job Application
Different businesses, agencies and offices use forms to record various information. Different forms are widely used, so you should learn how to fill them out properly.
Completing a Job Application is a practical skill. These guidelines will help you.
1. Be ready to answer several basic questions: name, address, telephone number, date of birth (age), citizenship, education, past work experience, military service, home ownership and names of references (people, who have known you at least one year). They may be a former employer, a teacher, or other person.
2. Use a good pen with blue or black ink. Print your answers carefully.
3. Complete every item. Never leave any space. In an item does not apply to you, write "does not apply" in that space or NA meaning "Not Applicable", or draw a line through the space to show that you did not overlook the question.
4. Be honest. You will sign the document.

Ex. 14. Translate the following sentences
