1) As I think , dream jobs make people happiest . Because everybody has a dream since childhood about what he wants to do in the future . But sometimes you don’t know what you want and start following examples of your parents .

For example , Linda Spelman was a lawyer , as her father , who found a new career in a circus . Studying law was really hard work , so she took up gymnastics in the evenings to help her relax . When she finally passed her exams , she thought that she needed a break and wanted to travel and learn a language . She had heard of the Ecole Nationale du Cirque in Montreal , so she thought that she would join the circus . She went to Canada and did a trapeze course and , surprisingly , she was good at it .

So , that is how Linda became a trapeze artist .

But there are also a lot of examples of people , who like work of their parents . Michael Doyle is an ironworker in New York City . Ironwork is a trade , that is still handed down from father to son . Many of today’s ironworkers are descendants of the men , who built New York’s first skyscrapers . Michael’s grandfather came over from Ireland in 1930 to work on the construction of the Empire State Building . His father and grandfather were also ironworkers . He also says that all of them have real pride in their work – each of them looks at the New York skyline and thinks : “I helped build that” . That’s why he chose this way of life .

2) Lucy Cheetham is a Theodora clown doctor . Her father is a clown and she started working with him when she was eight years old . She knew it was just a job for her and she became a clown doctor , because she thinks , it’s a great way to cheer up sick frightened children in hospital .

And each her day is very difficult . She and her colleague Dr Chequers , they make funny faces , tell jokes and do magic tricks . She calls herself Dr Looloo . As she walks into the wards she blow bubbles , shakes hands with with the kids and makes up nonsense songs for those children well enough to sing . They take special balloons to make “balloon animals” and tell funny stories about them .

To cut a long story short , as I think , everything depends on a person – if you want to have a dream job , you’ll get it ; if you don’t – you won’t .
