Further to our letter dated 11.06.92 I beg to inform you that during cargo operations due to negligent work of the stevedores following extra damage was caused to my vessel:
1.Tweendeck’s cover in hold 3 – was dented
2.Cargo cluster light in hold 4 – was broken
Therefore, I hold you full responsible for all the above damage and kindly have this damages repaired before the ship departure and also accelerate repairs as per letter dated 11.06.92
If the repair impossible I request you to pay cost due to the independent Surveyor Act, whom I ask you to urgently without delay.

As you know that, today in the morning at 06.00 my vessel was shifting at 150 meters ahead. I especially asked to be shifting just in this time in order to avoid the delay of discharging operations. The ship was ready in all respects for shifting at 06.00 exactly while the mooring crew were absent and come only at 07.00. As a result of this, the one hour delay of unloading operations. Therefore, I hold full responsible for the above delay to the Port Authority. Please advise all concerned.

I regret to inform you that today on September 11th, 1992 at 08.35 owing to the inadmissible negligence of your stevedores while discharging crates with machinery from Hold 3 during lifting one crate with spare parts by weight of 750 kilograms fell from the slings and caused considerable damage to the ship’s hull. I invited the Lloyd Surveyor to estimate the extent of the damage caused.
I have to hold you responsible for the damage caused to the ship and to the cargo and for all the consequences, including possible delay with losses and expenses ensued.

This is to inform you that today at 10.00 a.m. I received Harbour Master Order to shifting my vessel from the Berth A-1 North to the Berth A-3 North at 19.00 today.
Please be advised that according to the Carter Party dated 24th July 1992 the cargo have to be loaded at the same berth.
As shifting will cause detention of cargo operation and brings extra expenses, please inform the charterers of above mentioned and so that according to freight, all shifting expenses to be pail from their account.
