Theme of lecture

International classification of tumors of maxillofacial area is on WHO. Organization of oncoatomatological aid to patients and their health centre system. Tumours and tumor-like formations of embryonic origin: brachial, thyreoglossal, dermatoid cysts. Clinic, diagnostics,

  1. Scientifically-methodical ground of theme.

The amount of patients with oncologic diseases constantly grows in the whole world, and in Ukraine, in particular. Taking into account, that a chairman and neck have a difficult anatomic structure and hystoarchtectonic, tumors and tumor-like formations of maxillofacial localization are very numerous and different after clinical motion, pathomorphology and histogenesis.

On this time plenty of classifications is offered, but only - it is not, although development of oncology on the modern stage requires the use of only, confessedly approaches in this question, as a presence of numerous classifications and various nomenclature of tumours, different understanding of the same terms, predetermines considerable difficulties in interpretation of scientific and clinical researches, exchange experience, violates the following during the grant of help in different curative establishments.

The above-mentioned determines importance of knowledge of principles and methods of diagnostics, treatment of tumours of chairman and neck, and also their prophylaxis.

Nee cysts and fistulas of face and neck are widespread enough pathology of maxillufacial area, that identically often meet for men and women different age. This group of diseases has various, often alike clinical presentation, that requires thorough knowledge of future doctors of questions of their etiology, clinic, diagnostics and treatment.
