1. Scientifically-methodical ground of theme. As experience of different clinics of maxillufacial surgery testifies, and also our personal, the amount of the so-called criminal trauma that requires from a doctor the grant of the specialized help during realization grows lately. For this purpose it is needed to know features, тballistics, features of motion of fire and unfire wound of soft fabrics of face. At the end of past century to classification of damages of soft fabrics a new concept «to the syndrome of position prelum of fabrics» is entered, that the amounts of persons, that get traumas in the state of alcoholic or narcotic intoxication, are conditioned by an increase. The action of doctor must be directed to on the prophylaxis of complications that arise up at the damage of soft fabrics.

2. Educational whole lectures.

2. To give comparative description of diagnostics and clinical motion of unfire and fire damages of soft fabrics.( β=ІІ)

5. To light up a question in relation to a feature and methodology of surgical roughing-out of wounds at the unfire and fire wounds of maxillufacial area. Modern presentations and prospects. (β=ІV )

3. Aims of development of personality of future specialist. General principles medical etiquette each time are specifically broken in two through the prism of concrete activity of doctor, working with that have unfire or fire damages of soft fabrics. A doctor must remember, that all his actions must have direction. It follows to conduct the measures sent to reduction of duration of operative interventions. There must be the correctly organized work of personnel of separation, operating block, providing of the satisfactory state of apparatus, tool and other it is In addition, necessary to conduct the adequate anaesthetizing in period, during an operation and in a postoperative period. It should be remembered about principles of sequence and exhausted of operative interventions. It is necessary to form for students responsibility for professional or amateurish actions in relation to treatment of this contingent of patients; to develop such internalss as mercy, humane attitude toward patients, respect to the elders, collective nature; to pay attention to students bases of current legislation in relation to mutual relations "doctor-patient".
