Scientific - methodical substantiation of a theme.

For today the basic purpose modern orthodontic surgeries is optimization of orthodontic treatment of patients from skeletal anomalies of a bite. Liquidation of a stressful condition caused by dissatisfaction appearance, renewal of vital comfort and mental health.

The surgeon should improve appearance and quality of a life of the patient which are the uneasy medic-social task. The multidisciplinary approach of experts of various directions of stomatology, optimization of processes of diagnostics and planning of the combined treatment, the clear plan of operations, accuracy of the work is necessary for achievement of optimum result in all cases, certain(determined) manual experience of the surgeon and the economical attitude(relation) to оperate of tissues.

The most actual tasks and perspective directions modern orthodontic surgeries are: treatment of skeletal anomalies of a bite, compression and distractive osteo genesis, implantation, introduction orthodontic micro implants etc. The Above-stated methods plastics allow to replace to replace defects and deformations with optimum aesthetic results.

2. Educational whole lectures.

- To give the characteristic to the basic stages of development of domestic and foreign orthodontic surgery.

- To classify anomalies of a bite and methods of their elimination.

- To prove concept " the multidisciplinary approach ".

- To classify different kinds orthodontic operations.

- To give the characteristic to separate stages of planning orthodontic operations.

- To show the basic kinds of surgical elimination of skeletal anomalies of a bite: by Limberg, by Bogatski, by Semenchenko, Dal Pont, Obwegeser.

- To specify advantages and lacks orthodontic surgeries.

The purposes of development of the person of the future expert, actual aspects.

Introduction of the student in clinic of maxillofacial and plastic surgery of a head and a neck after a rate of traumatology of maxillofacial area demands knowledge of ethic behaviour and features deontologic the approach to patients with defects and deformations of tissues of a head and a neck, skill to use modern classifications, techniques of inspection and differential diagnostics for granting full, safe medical assistance.

3. Morphology.	To describe character of pathological changes of anatomic structures at presence of defects or deformations of fabrics of chairman and a neck.
4. Pathological physiology.	To define aetiology and pathogenesis of the wound process.
5. Propaedeutics of internal illnesses.	To write the circuit of the general inspection of the patient. To make the examination of the patient.
