For students this topic is very relevant, because many of them have not yet decided what exactly they want to do in life and it is difficult to make a choice. He answers to such important questions: what is happiness. Vakarchuk explains how to understand what is important to you, how to make the right choices for themselves. (on the minute 7:40-9:40)For students, this topic is very relevant, so the audience's attention is gradually increasing. In this way he smoothly led the audience to the main subject topic.

He uses a pause, and, especially, after the points, allowing the audience to understand them.

In the third part of his speech Vakarchuk respond directly to the question of education, which leads to success. (on the minute 9:43-18:23) Prepared by the earlier parts of the speech, the audience perceives the topic most adequately.

This speech is clearly expressed motivational character, its main communicative task - to encourage graduates to action.

Emotions. Only a few people know how to show emotions in public. But Vakarchuk did not just show them, he is living those emotions. He is is composed virtually all of them. Maybe someone will argue with me, but I can see the sincerity of the emotions of Vakarchuk. He believes in his words.
