Surgical intervention is not an aethiologic treatment of urolithiasis, because it doesn’t eradicate the cause of disease and aims just to set patient free of calculi.

Metaphylactic

On urate nephrolithiasis limit of salt intake, meat, chocolate, cacao, coffee, spicy food is recommended. Allopurinol, Blemaren, Magurlit, Uralite-U are administered.

On oxalate urolithiasis – bouillon, chocolate, lettuce, spinach, citrus plants are restricted. Vitamine B6 is administered.

In case of phosphate urolithiasis – alcaline mineral waters, milk, egg are excluded, popatoes and vegetables are limited. Meat, fish, bacon, rise, honey, grapes, apples are prescribed. Trilon-B, natrium phosphate are prescribed
