6.Topic content.

A stationary help appears sick, requiring a permanent medical supervision, and also operative interference, which can not be executed in ambulatory terms. A tertiary (highly skilled) help appears doctors (or by their groups), which have conformable preparation in industry difficult for diagnostics and treatment of diseases, and also diseases which meet rarely.

A tertiary help is provided|secure| by the specialized | hospitals (regional, central city|urban|), diagnostic and medical centers, dispensaries|clinic|.

HOSPITAL- is a key establishment of medical providing, is the scientific-

organizational, methodical and educational centre of public health in the

region. It gives the complete set of high qualified specialized help to the population.
