OJSC Almetyevsk plant Radiopribor is an enterprise possessing all base work cycles for production of wide products spectrum of in various areas of economy: mechanical, stamping, welding, galvanical, paint and varnish, assembling manufacture, manufacturing of rubber and plastic products, and completion operations.

The basic types of the enterprise products for motor industry are as follows:

-Electropneumatic control system of gear box for maintenance of a remote gear changing in cars with power units KAMAZ-14,-15, JaMZ 236, 238, 239 and modifications thereof;

-Splitter - an interface unit to replace the cruise control switch in remote engine governor control of KAMAZ trucks;

- Switch of reverse motion light (VKSh-12) applied in automobile vehicles, including products of military automobile technics;

- Switch of electric motor brake (VKN-11) for switching of electric control circuits by motor brake in cars, including Euro-3 KAMAZ type cars, and products of military automobile technics.

Substeering cruise-control switch intended for organization of remote-control of KAMAZ engine rpms, at

no constant pressure application onto accelerator pedal is needed. Cruise-control works jointly with CU of Bosh engine and is connected to engine control system instead of Seuffer A 0611-054-00 substeering switch.

-Relay of fuel reserve control lamp serves for joint operation with WEMA fuel intake and combination of 283.38.01 devices, as well as for switching on of FUEL RESERVE control lamp at diminishing of fuel level in tank. It is installed onto Euro-1 KAMAZ.

-Retarder switch is intended for managing of operational modes of retarder (transmission brake) jointly with ZF control un it or similar. Installation is envisaged onto Euro- 3, - 4 KAMAZ cars.

-A sled of a forward seat of «Lada-Priora», «Lada-Samara».

It should be noted that within the framework of Conversion program, OJSC Almetyevsk plant Radiopribor actively participates in development and producing of the consumer goods: metallic electrical box, apartment branch faceplate, metal door for apartment, LED lamps.

Wide line of products is produced for petroleum industry that allows controlling of the operational modes of different mechanisms, as well as recording and sending necessary information to operator’s console, including that by radio channel. The patent on invention is received for our last development, PIRON .

Improvement in production quality is assisted by mastering of the following high-end technologies and equipment: BYSPRIBN – 3015 cutting out plant, products painting with the use of imported powder-like paints, surface-mount technology (CHIP) of electronic components. The enterprise was the first in region to pass certification on conformity to ISO 9001 standards and to GOST R Russian standards.

ЗАО «Актанышский агрегатный завод» образовано в марте 2006 г. с целью реализации инвестиционного проекта по производству литой колодки тормоза 532293501090 для ОАО «КАМАЗ». Программа производства первоначально была рассчитана на покрытие 40% потребности ОАО «КАМАЗ» в колодках.

Основными партнерами по реализации данного инвестиционного проекта являются: ГНО «Инвестиционновенчурный фонд РТ», ГНФ «Центр производственной субконтрактации РТ», ЗАО «КамЗААЦ», ОАО «КАМАЗМеталлургия», ОАО «ТИИР» (г. Ярославль), ОАО «УралАТИ» (г. Асбест).

В 2008 году предприятием был освоен выпуск новых видов продукции - кронштейн оси балансировки 651152918056 и стяжка 65115-2918189, кроме этого в настоящее время производится колодка тормоза в сборе 53229-3501090-40/41.

На сегодняшний день ведущим направлением деятельности ЗАО «Актанышский агрегатный завод» является производство по изготовлению колодок тормоза, деталей задней подвески и других унифицированных узлов и деталей, применяемых в автомобильной промышленности.

ЗАО «Актанышский агрегатный завод» имеет систему менеджмента качества, сертифицированную на соответствие требованиям МС ИСО 9001:2008. Предприятие отличается стабильностью коллектива, высокой квалификацией работников всех уровней, здоровым социально психологическим климатом.

CJSC Aktanyshsky aggregate plant is created in March, 2006, in order to realize the investment project on manufacture of a cast brake cheek 53229-3501090 for OJSC KamAZ. The manufacture program has originally been calculated on a 40 % covering of of OJSC KamAZ demands of in brake cheeks.

The basic partners in realization of the given investment project are: State non-financial organization «Investment and Venture Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan», State Charitable Trust «The Center industrial subcontraction Republic of Tatarstan», CJSC KamZAAC, OJSC KamAZMetallurgy, OJSC TIIR (Yaroslavl), OJSC UralATI (Asbest).

In 2008, the enterprise had been mastered release of new types of production such as balancing axis bracket No. 65115-2918056 and coupler No. 65115-2918189; in addition, at the present time, assembled brake cheek No. 53229-3501090-40/41 is manufactured.

At the present time, CJSC Aktanyshsky aggregate plant activities are focueed of manufacturing of brake cheeks, details of a rear suspension and other unified units and details applied in automobile industry.

CJSC Aktanyshsky aggregate plant has implemented the quality management system certificated to meet the requirements of QM ISO 9001:2008. The enterprise is distinguished by personnel stability, high qualification of workers of all levels, healthy social and psychological climate.

ООО «Автокомпонент» - молодая, динамично развивающаяся фирма. В настоящее время ООО «Автокомпонент» поставляет на конвейер ОАО «КАМАЗ» 27 позиций автокомплектующих. Ведется постоянная работа по подготовке производства с целью освоения новых деталей, повышения его качества и понижения конкурентной цены путем совершенствования технологии обработки. Идет постоянный процесс модернизации и закупки нового оборудования.

Номенклатура поставляемой продукции состоит из деталей подвески, силового агрегата, тормозной системы и ABC, сцепления и др. Ведется подготовка производства на изготовление и поставку двухтросовой лебедки само-

вытаскивания усилием тяги 12 т для комплектации грузовых автомобилей внедорожного класса.

Avtocomponent LLC is a young, dynamically developing firm. Basic direction of activity of the enterprise is manufacturing of spare parts and car components for automobile and machine-building engineering industry, rendering of services on tooling of large assembly units and details parties . Since 2004, primary activity of the enterprise is manufacturing and supply of component parts to OJSC KamAZ. For the years of operation, necessary conditions were created for systematic and scheduled supply of KamAZ conveyor with qualitative car components. For the last period, real functioning of internal QMS standards, was reached according to ISO 9001:2000; and the enterprise is deservedly recognized as reliable supplier.

Now Avtocomponent LLC supplies 27 items of car components for the OJSC KamAZ conveyor. Permanent preparation of manufacture for the purpose of development of new details, increase of its quality and decrease of competitive price is maintained by means of processing technology perfection. There is a constant process of modernization and new equipment purchase.

The nomenclature of delivered production consists of details of suspension bracket, power unit, brake system and ABS, coupling engagement, etc. Preproduction process includes production and delivery of two-cabled capstan engine for drawing force of 12 tons for completion of off-road car trucks.

Основным направлением деятельности ООО «ВостокАмфибия» является производство автокомпонентов и приборной продукции.

В настоящее время предприятие, наряду с выпуском автомобильных часов, производит счетчики времени наработки, моторедуктор заслонки отопителя, пробки топливного бака, пробки расширительного бачка.

Предприятие направляет все действия на освоение новых производств для полного удовлетворения потребностей потребителей: в производстве используются автоматы продольного точения с ЧПУ Tornos (Швейцария), дающие возможность обработки изделий размерами до 10 мм по диаметру и до 90 мм по длине, одновременно выполняются операции-точения, фрезеровка, сверление и накатка; производится навивка пружин на автомате с ЧПУ различной конфигурации из проволоки диаметром от 0,4 до 2 мм; осуществляется литьё пластмасс термопластавтоматах фирмы ENGEL (Австрия) на оборудовании отливаются детали объёмом до 245 куб. см; изготовление пленочных циферблатов для автомобильных часов методом шелкографии, покраска корпусов и стрелок автомобильных часов.

Basic activities of Vostok-Amfiby LLC, include manufacturing of car components and instrumental goods.

At the present time, the enterprise, produces operating time counter timers, damper heater gear reducer, fuel tank plug fitting, expansion tank plug fitting, together with automobile watches.

An enterprise undertakes to master new production activities for complete satisfaction of consumer requirements: automats of the longitudinal sharpening with numerical program control Tornos (Switzerland) are used in production, which allow to treat products with diameters up to 10 mm and lengths upto 90 mm, as well as sharpening, milling, drilling and rolling-up operations are executed at the same time; winding-on springs of various configuration with wire diameters from 0,4 to 2 mm are produced on CNC unit ; intrusion molding is executed at automatic molding machine produced by ENGEL (Austria) details with the volume up to 245 cub.cm are moulded on equipment; membranous clock-faces for a automobile watches are produced by silk-screening, as well as watches’ cases and pointers are coated.

Основное в деятельности предприятия – это производство ПВХ-пластизолей (мастик). ПВХ-пластизоли являются однокомпонентными псевдопластичными материалами, которые применяются на автозаводах в процессе изготовления кузова автомобиля, требуют термической обработки, специфической для каждого типа.

Среди основных видов продукции:

-ЛПВ/С - мастика для клейки соединений внахлест, клейки усилителей в цехе сварки;

-ОС/ЛА-130Р - мастика для антикоррозийной и противошумовой защиты днища кузова;

-ТУК-СО1Р - мастика для уплотнений внутренних соединений и швов кузова.

ООО «Д ПЛАСТ-ЭФТЕК РТ» активно расширяет рынок сбыта путем поставки на автомобильные заводы основных видов производимой продукции: поставки гаммы материалов производства DEF (Чехия), EFTEC (Швейцария) (различные типы полиуретановых клеев, восков на масляной и водных основах, эластомеры, акриловые мастики, сварочные мастики и др.).
