This is my financial plan for the next 10 years.

Current financial situation.

Age – 20 years.

Activity – student – 3 courses.

At the moment I'm living with my parents.

Ways to generate income:

•Scholarship - 1300 euro / month.

•Financial contributions from parents.

•Gifts of money.

Future goals:

•obtaining rights for the machine

•Work in the hospitality industry.

•To learn Spanish.

•Buying a car.

•To start a family - 28-30 years.

•To have a child - 28 years.

•Buying an apartment.

Assets:

• Cash - 40 000 rubles.

At the moment I have no liabilities.

Below will be presented my projected income and expenses for 10 years, as well as changes in the situation with my assets and liabilities.

Здесь представлен мой финансовый план на следующие 10 лет.

Текущая финансовая ситуация.

Возраст – 20 лет.

Деятельность – студентка – 3 курс.

На данный момент я проживаю с родителями.

Способы получения дохода:

•Стипендия – 1300 руб./мес.

•Финансовые поступления от родителей.

•Подарки в денежной форме.

Цели на будущее:

•получение прав на машину

•работа в сфере гостиничного бизнеса

•изучение испанского языка

•покупка машины

•семья 28-30 лет

•ребенок 28 лет

•покупка квартиры

Активы:

• денежные средства – наличные - 40 000 рублей.

На данный момент у меня нет пассивов.

Ниже будут представлены таблицы моих планируемых доходов и расходов в течение 10 лет, а также изменения в ситуации с моими активами и пассивами.

In January this year I'm going to make a deposit at the bank «Raiffeisenbank». Deposit - «Investment»1. To date, the interest rate on the selected deposit - 8.6%. Without the ability to recharge.

These calculations were performed after allowing for inflation, which will be approximately 7%.

Balance (Income – expenses) at the end of the year = 48 663,60 rub.

В январе этого года я собираюсь сделать вклад в банке «Райффайзенбанк».

Вклад - «Инвестиционный»2. На сегодняшний день процентная ставка по выбранному вкладу - 8,6%. Пополнение депозита не производится.

Данные расчеты проведены с учетом инфляции, которая будет составлять примерно 7 %.

Остаток (доходы – расходы) на конец года = 48 663,60р.

In January of this year I will close the previous deposit and funds from it will put in a new deposit «Save» in the «Sberbank».3 Also, there will the balance of 2012 year. Term of deposit - 3 years-6,25%. Without the ability to recharge.

This year I took the inflation rate equal to - 6%.

The balance (Income - expenses) at the end of the year = 155 947,20 rub.

В январе этого года я закрою предыдущий вклад и средства с него вложу в новый вклад «Сохраняй» в «Сбербанке».4 Также туда пойдет остаток средств

2012 года. Срок вклада - 3 года - 6,25%. Без возможности пополнения.

В этом году я брала инфляцию равную – 6%.

Остаток (доходы – расходы) на конец года = 155 947,20р.

This year changes the structure of income and expenses, as I start to live separately from parents - rent an apartment. Also, increased salary, because of moving to the new appointment.

Balance at end of 2014 year, is transfer deposit «Supplement».

The balance (Income - expenses) at the end of year = 78 864 rubles (inflation -

6%).
