For many growth-oriented companies the importance of brand loyalty is number one in driving revenue & increasing profit margins. Loyalty can be defines as a customer continuing to believe that your company product offer is their best option. But what particularly makes shoppers loyal to brand?

As living in consumer society, people are always searching for satisfaction and good quality for good price- is the direct way to it. Merchandiser’s researches assert that on 88% brand loyalty hinges on quality of goods & services. People are more likely to purchase thing they have experienced before. Thus consumer adhering to quality is the accurate technique to keep consumers loyal.

Another point is conformity which is not less central to consumer loyalty. Every era has its own standards and rules thus companies need to keep the line of least resistance to the demand and references required by consumers. Discerning and following consumer’s desire and demand also facilitates in staying them loyal to your brand.

The last point to touch is security. Why people choose brands? Inasmuch as brands bring up their confidence. Brands gave people a sense of security that their product is made from good fabric and not using child labor. So, well designed advertising and appropriate brand philosophy can contribute to brand loyalty too.

To encapsulate, I’d like to add that consumer’s loyalty is very crucial in company’s prosperity. That’s why merchandisers need to give a careful thought to promote a good quality, brand security and conformity to their product in order to keep shoppers loyal to them for a long time.
