4.3.3 The costs of operation and maintenance of equipment
Development of software system was made on a laptop. The cost of a single PC is 100 000 tenge.
The cost of 1 hour of computer time is calculated by the formula:
Ct = Se / Ty * K (4.3)
Where Se - Annual operating costs;
Ty - Annual Usable PC time;
K - coefficient of utilization of the PC (0.7).
The annual operating cost calculated by the formula:
Se = Sa + Sz (4.4)
where, Sa - Deductions for depreciation (12.5% cost of the PC);
Sz - The cost of maintenance (2% cost of the PC).
Se = 100000 * (12.5 + 2)/100 = 14500tg.
Annual Usable time of equipment is calculated as the product of the number of working days in a year at the time of the PC in the day:
Ty = 252 * 7 = 1764 hour.
Then the cost of one hour of computer time:
Ct = Se / Ty * K = 14500 / 1764 * 0.7 = 11.7tg. (4.3)
The number of working hours spent on the development and debugging of software system is (66 * 8) = 528 hours. Thus, the cost of maintenance and operation of the PC are equal to:
P = 528 * 11.7 = 6177.6 tg.
Table 11 shows total cost for developing this application. Total cost is 689578 tenge.

689578/150 = 4597 people
If only 4597 users download this application all costs will be closed. If in one day 10 users will download this application:
10*30 = 300 users in month
300 * 12 = 3600 user in year
This application will be distributed for free on Google Play. Google Play is an application store from Google, which allows owners of devices with the Android operating system to install and use a variety of applications. Each user of a mobile phone with Android OS can download and use the application. If successful, I will begin charging for this app on Google Play.
In 15 month 4597 people will download this application and all costs will be closed, and after that time each downloaded application will make a profit.
5. Health and life safety
This part includes the analysis of ecological influence of the laboratory of AO “NIT” on environment, calculation of artificial light and noise workplace laboratories, definition of zones of ecotoxicological danger, preparation of recommendations about improvement of an ecological situation around the laboratory.
5.1 General information about company AO "NIT"
Joint Stock Company "National Information Technologies" was established in accordance with the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on April 4, 2000 № 492 "On the development of a common information space in the Republic of Kazakhstan and the establishment of a closed joint-stock company" National Information Technologies ". Decree number 44 of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on January 16, 2004 the Company granted the status of National Operator in the field of information. The main objective of the Company is the creation and organization of interaction of state information systems. The Company's mission is to promote the formation and development of the national information infrastructure of the Republic of Kazakhstan, using modern information technology. The main activity of the Company is the formation, development and maintenance of the national information infrastructure of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the integration of government information resources, the information base for general use. The main objectives of the Company are: the development and implementation of a system of governance, the economy and social sphere of technological structures based on the use of advanced information technologies and means, the formation and support of the operation of the information infrastructure of e-government, implementation of measures to ensure the security of government information systems and resources , integration of the national information infrastructure of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the global information space. Place of internship is branch of "NIT". Branch of "NIT" is located on the first floor of a 10 storey building at st. Manas, house 34a. Almaty. There is one worker and 9 students. There is 10 personal computers, one server, one modem.
