I тип:

Если он узнает ее адрес, он напишет ей.

II тип:

Если бы он (сейчас) знал ее адрес, он написал бы (смог бы написать; возможно, написал бы) ей.

If he finds out her address, he will write her.

If he knew her address, he would (could, might) write her.

III тип:
Если бы он (тогда) знал ее	If he had known her address

IV тип (смешанный):

Ex.1.Определите тип условных предложений, не переводя их на английский язык.

An American lady travelling in England got into a compartment of a smoking-carriage where an Englishman was smoking a pipe. For a while she sat quietly expecting that the man would stop smoking. Then she began to cough (кашлять) and sneeze (чихать) trying to show him that she was displeased. At last seeing that the man took no notice of her and did not put out the pipe, she said: “If you were a gentleman, you would have stopped smoking when a lady got into the carriage”. “If you were a lady, ” replied the Englishman, “you wouldn‟t have got into a smokingcarriage”. “If you were my husband,” said the American lady angrily, “I would give you poison (яд)”. The Englishman looked at her for a moment or two. “Well, ” he said at last, “if I were your husband, I would take it.”
