1.1.6 Unloading magnesium-bearing alloy

After the fourth washing of the magnesium-bearing alloy in the reactor (pos. Р-301 (Р-302)) a calculated quantity of heptane from "pos. М-311" is given for the preparation of suspension of the magnesium-bearing alloy of the adjusted concentration. After the giving of heptane, the suspension is mixed for not less than 5 minutes.

For magnesium-bearing alloy quality check up with the mixer, the selection of a sample from the reactor (pos. Р-301 (Р-302)) is executed through a sliding siphon without a filter. Samplers on mobile siphons of reactors are equipped by pipelines of nitrogen for the maintenance of cleanliness and safety of the selection of the sample. Feeder of nitrogen is equipped with a diaphragm in diameter of 0,8 mm (before the selection of a sample, the sampler and flask is ventilated by nitrogen, the process of selection of the sample is possible at a small current of nitrogen).

The suspension of the magnesium-bearing alloy from the reactor (pos. Р-301 (Р-302)) at constant mixing is unloaded in the container (pos. Х-300 (Х-304/1,2)). The container (pos. Х-300 (Х-304/1,2)) is preliminary released from a product, is washed by heptane, then ventilated and filled by nitrogen. Before the unloading of suspension of the magnesium-bearing alloy, the control ventilation is executed by the nitrogen of pipelines of unloading from the reactor with pressure decrease through "pos. Е-306".

The container (pos. Х-300) represents a vertical cylindrical vessel with capacity 0,2 m3.

The containers (pos. Х-304/1,2) represent vertical cylindrical vessels with capacity 0,2 m3 each.

Before loading the suspension of the magnesium-bearing alloy, the container (pos. X-300 (Х-304/1,2)) is weighed on scales. After weighing by means of quick-detachable connection, the container is connected to the unloading connecting pipe of the reactor (pos. Р-301 (Р-302)). The filled container is weighed again, the weight of the loaded suspension of the magnesium-bearing alloy is adjusted.

The possibility of an unloading the suspension of the magnesium-bearing alloy into homogenizer (pos. Е-305) is provided for gathering and homogenization of several segments of the magnesium-bearing alloy (integration and averaging of segments of the magnesium-bearing alloy).

The homogenizer (pos. Е-305) represents a vertical cylindrical device with a conic bottom, anchor mixer, jacket and capacity 0,63 m3. The safety alarm of the work of the mixer (pos. HSA-305m) is provided. The device is equipped with a mobile siphon for sampling the magnesium-bearing alloy suspension and for adjusting the quantity of solvent with possibility of removal heptane parts in "pos. Е-303".

Samplers on the mobile siphon and on unloading connecting pipe (pos. Е-305) are equipped with pipelines of nitrogen for the maintenance of cleanliness and safety of the selection of a sample.

For the maintenance of the adjusted temperature in homogenizer, in its jacket the coolant - diathermic oil is given, which is heated up or cooled in the knot of thermostating.

The suspension of the magnesium-bearing alloy from the homogenizer (pos. Е-305) with constant mixing is unloaded into the container (pos. Х-300 (Х-304/1,2)).

The possibility of washing the homogenizer a pure heptane with an unloading washing heptane in "pos. Е-303, Е-304/1,2" is provided.

The suspension of magnesium-bearing alloy in the container after weighing is a finished product and can be sent the consumer.
