  1. Is there a dish you like to cook yourself?

  • I’m not good at cooking

  • My grandmother lives with us. So when my parents are at work she always cooks.

  • When I came home from school I didn’t have to cook anything

  • When I moved to the hostel I had to learn how to cook.

  • There is one salad that I enjoy cooking.

  • It’s very easy to cook but it’s tasty and refreshing

  • You need chicken meet, 3 eggs, 1 cucumber and 3 tomatoes, some cheese and some leaves of lettuce (letis)

  • First I roast chicken meat for 5 minutes and then dice it. Then I boil eggs for 3 minutes, and then put them in cold water so they get cold and then I dice them too. Then I slice one cucumber and tomatoes. I mix everything. Then I grate some cheese and add it to the salad. Finally, I slice some lettuce and add it too. And the salad is ready

After the thunderstorm the air is remarkably fresh.

  7. In autumn the leaves turn yellow and reddish and fall to the ground. Most birds migrate to warm countries. Autumn is the season of mist, of windy days, of beautiful sunsets and chilly days.

  8. A spell of sunny weather in October is called an Indian summer.

  9. In winter the rivers and lakes are frozen over. Icicles hang from the roofs of houses. The snow falls but sometimes it doesn’t last long. When the thaw sets in, the snow turns to slush and walking is extremely unpleasant owing to the puddles of water in the streets and to the feat of being splashed with mud by a passing car.

  10. The Englishmen often grumble about the weather but you shouldn’t pay much attention to their complains. The devil is not so black as he is painted.

  11. In Kirov region there are large seasonal temperature differences. This is a region with unbearably hot summers and severely cold winters.

Anyone caught in the rain may takes shelter, otherwise he may get wet to the skin. After the rain, the air is remarkably fresh.
