2. Ключевые направления развития торговли объектами интеллектуальной собственности. Влияние на развитие коммерческой политики компаний, основу бизнеса которых оставляет реализация объектов ИС (на примере музыкальной индустрии и продукции периодической печати).

3. Национальное и международное регулирование реализации объектов ИС в Интернете: проблемы и подходы. Роль ВОИС в решении данной проблемы.
