Sometimes in scientific papers you will find headings such as Materials and Methods, which lists specimens used in the study and what methods or procedures were applied to them

Also you can add Results in body or make another section. This section will also be in body part.

CONCLUSION

This is where you wrap-up your article by either summarizing the main points (Summary) or by interpreting the significance of your article (Conclusion).

The Conclusion is also a good place to recommend future research, perhaps in the form of a hypothesis.

If you some resources you must cite it (make a reference to it).

There are different ways of citing, this can be changed up to journal

At the end of paper put them in order of appearance. Also in paper make reference for them.

Write accurately

Scientific writing must be accurate. Although writing instructors may tell you not to use the same word twice in a sentence, it's okay for scientific writing, which must be accurate.

Make sure you say what you mean.

Be careful with commonly confused words:

Temperature has an effect on the reaction. Temperature affects the reaction.

Write at a level that's appropriate for your audience.

Advices

Use short sentences. A sentence made of more than 40 words should probably be rewritten as two sentences.

Check your grammar, spelling and punctuation

Don't, use, unnecessary, commas.

Proofread carefully to see if you any words out.

Do not be afraid of writing, because no one is perfect.
