Шаматова (Viennese Coffee)

On a 1 portion:

coffee is a 1 cup

chicory - 2 gs

sugar - 2 ч. spoons

creams are 50 mls

castor sugar - 1 ч. spoon

Preparation:

to Cook black coffee, filter and add sugar. To whip cream with castor sugar and chicory, and to chill them.

At serving up in glass with coffee to put whipped cream. From above to sprinkle with their shallow crumb of chocolate. To give to cold.

Валиев (Classic Chocolate Milk Shake)

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups sugar

1 cup water

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa (preferably Dutch process)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

4 tablespoons milk

6 cups vanilla ice cream

Preparation:

Stir sugar and water in heavy medium saucepan over medium-low heat until sugar dissolves. Increase heat and bring to boil. Place cocoa in small bowl. Gradually whisk in sugar syrup. Return mixture to same saucepan. Boil 1 minute, whisking constantly. Pour into bowl. Whisk in vanilla and cool completely. Cover and chill until cold, at least 1 hour. (Syrup can be made 1 week ahead. Keep refrigerated.)

Pour 3 tablespoons chocolate syrup and 1 tablespoon milk into blender. Add 1 1/2 cups ice cream and blend until smooth. Pour into glass. Repeat in 3 more batches, using 3 tablespoons syrup, 1 tablespoon milk and 1 1/2 cups ice cream for each milk shake.

Try to prepare this milk shake and enjoy!

Шилов (Citrus Toddy)

Ingredients

Serves: 20

3 Grapefruit

3 Oranges

3 Lemons

450 Gram Sugar (1 lb)

1.2 Litres Water (2 pints)

25 Gram Citric acid (1 oz)

Method

Pare the rind from the fruits and place in a heavy-based pan. Remove the pith and pips from the fruit and discard. Roughly chop the flesh and add it to the pan together with the sugar, water and citric acid.

Heat gently, stirring, until the sugar has dissolved, then raise the heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and allow to stand in a cool place overnight. Strain off the citrus juice, discarding the pulp, and use as required.

It can be watered down in a ratio of 1 part to 4 parts water for children, or can be mixed with whisky, gin or vodka for cocktails.

Ingredients

1 egg, hard-cooked and peeled;1/2 tsp curry powder

1 tbsp diet mayonnaise; salt and pepper to taste

2 extra-thin shices whole vheatК; sandwich bread, crusts

removed 2 steamed asparagus spears.

Method

1. In a small bowl, mash egg with fork and add curry powder, mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly.

2. Divide equally over both slices of bread.

3. Arrange asparagus spears at edge of each slice and roll up to enclose filling.

4. Wrap rolls in plastik and chill for an hour or so.

5. Using a very sharp knife cut each roll into 4 minirolls.

Ingredients

Wheat flour (flour, you can add a little more, but the dough DB soft cup - 200 ml) - 3 cup.

Egg yolk - 4 pieces

Milk (room temperature) - 0.5 stack.

Sugar - 1.5 st. l.

Sour Cream - 1.5 st. l.

Brandy (or vodka, to make the dough absorbed the less oil during frying) - 2-3 tbsp.

Vegetable oil (for frying) - 0.5l

Powdered sugar (for sprinkling) - 0.5 stack.

Method

Of these products knead the dough a little softer than the dumplings.

Let the dough for 30 minutes in refrigerator.
