If you talk to a person who works at the university (dean, head of the department, a teacher, an office employee, an administrator) first, introduce yourself (tell your name, surname, faculty, year, group), second, formulate your question clearly, third, ask specifying questions if you don’t understand the answer clearly and thank for the obtained information while leaving.
