Ojsc Sverdlovsk Machine-Building Plant

The plant grew on the basis of a single workshop of the Central Electromechanical Workshops, created in 1930. In 1987 the enterprise was renamed into an engineering plant.

Today the open joint-stock company "Sverdlovsk Machine-Building Plant" performs overhaul of the support: 2-3KD-90T, 2-3KD-90, DM, DT, KD-80, ASG, KMT, MK-98, 1M103, 1M87-88. During the repair, the geometric dimensions of the cylinders, rods, plungers are reconstructed by the method of surfacing with stainless steel wire with HRC-40, the manufacture and repair of metal structures: consoles, boards, ceilings, bases, if necessary, the manufacture of power and control hydraulics – rack units, valve blocks, racks and jacks. The plant has the capacity to repair up to 100 sections per month. Plant workers repair and manufacture attachments to scraper conveyors. The attachments are designed to connect the grinding pit of mine scraper conveyors to a mechanized support to ensure the directed movement of the combine and the cable chain of the cable laying machine following the movement of the harvesting machine with the remote feed system; to accommodate transit communications passing along the lavas; equipment is a component of purification systems; fastened (mounted) on the chopper shaft of a scraper conveyor.

- for delivery of coal from lava to conveyor drifts of type sp250, cm.800. sumk-75, sp7p, ki 3m;

- for transportation of mountain mass by precinct and preparatory mountain

excavations of the type sr70, sr72, sr202;

- for transportation of rock mass by gravity without using a conveyor: enameled single-breasted, enameled double-breasted.

The plant carries out work on manufacturing and repair of metal structures of all types of complexity. Produces manual and semi-automatic arc welding with electrodes and welding wire in a carbon dioxide environment. Produces automatic gas cutting of metal with a thickness of 8 to 100 mm. The enterprise has the opportunity to produce metal structures with a weight of up to 500 tons per month.
