Conclusions
An organization is a group of individuals or other companies which distributes tasks for a collective goal. The main purpose of any organization is gaining profits. Every organization consists of a number of elements which define its role.
There are various types of company that can be formed in different jurisdictions. According to the theory of organization, there are two main types of organizations: profit organizations and non-profit organizations. Profit enterprises are divided into three types: sole proprietorships, partnerships, corporations. Non-business entities are organized to serve the needs of society. According to another classification, business enterprises are distinguished into four types: international, global, multinational, and transnational firms. There are advantages and disadvantages of each of the above types of business entities. And each is suited to the same business under different stages of its growth.
Every organization has its leader. It is a director or manager who is appointed to solve the most important tasks of the company. Managers are responsible for the revenue and cost elements of a company, firm's marketing and sales functions and other operations of the business.
