4. Catering

• Formulas 1 and 2:

• Breakfast: The way in which breakfast will be served depends on the accommodation.

This breakfast package will be handed during the first meal on Friday April 27 and provides food for the entire stay (not per day).

Every package contains bread for the first 2 breakfasts. The bread for the breakfasts of Monday and Tuesday will be handed on Sunday after dinner. The breakfast for Wednesday will be handed on Tuesday after dinner. Extra bread can be asked for via the host or hostess.

May we ask you to take home all the remains or deposit them in the waste containers?

• All other meals will be served in the “Koninklijk Atheneum” (see map 5) and the “Wico campus St.-Hubertus” (see map 10). The exact division will be reported at the check in or by the host/hostess. For organizational reasons and to guarantee a fluent service, we ask you to respect the timetables.

• The first meal served to groups staying in the formulas 1 and 2 is dinner on Friday April 27. This hot meal will be served in the “Koninklijk Atheneum” (see map 5). Keep in mind that this dinner is only possible between 17.00 and 21.00h. In case of a bus breakdown which would mean you couldn’t be on time in Neerpelt for your dinner, please contact one of the catering responsible persons (telephone numbers - see below).

• Those who have asked for special diets or vegetarian meals report this to the person responsible and will receive diner vouchers in return. Vegetarian meals and special diets can no longer be ordered after March 30, 2012 !

• Lunch packages are only for those groups that have applied and paid for them. The lunch package for the journey back home will be handed over at the last dinner.

• Formula 3:

• Meals will only be served to the groups who made their reservations in advance and in time.

• Participants workshops

Some groups have been selected to take part in the workshops. Every participant receives a drink.

• Participants fraternization concerts

Some groups have been selected to participate in a fraternization concert. These participants will receive their cold meal during these concerts unless mentioned otherwise during the check-in.

5. Internet corner

In the internet corner (see map 13) the latest iMac-configuration and an iPad will be available for all festival participants to e-mail, chat, webcam, facebook, twitter, skype, google, watch festival pictures and much more at one hearts’ content and for free. Your smartphone will allow you to use the hotspot and photographs will be put in the festivalsite under Flickr photo-album.
