Perhaps you live in a small town with one main street, a general store, and a garden back of your house. Or, perhaps you live in a big city full of noise and traffic and shining lights at night. Wherev­er you live, you are a member of the American community. And, like all Americans, you have the rights as well as responsibilities in your community.

You have the right to all the services in your community. You have the right to go to schools, libraries, museums, parks, hospitals,

You, the newcomer, bring to a community your skills and your strengths, and your hopes for a better life. You have come to live. and work with us. We are glad to we.lcome you as a good neighbour. We need and want your contribution to our community.
