Данное пособие является продолжением серии методических изданий для студентов заочного отделения. Во второй части пособия представлены тексты на английском языкепо курсу «Деловой иностранный язык» с послетекстовыми вокабуляром и упражнениями для контроля понимания прочитанного, а также тексты по налоговой, финансовой и юридической проблематике. Пособие дополнено кратким грамматическим справочником с системой упражнений, цель которого знакомство, закрепление и активизация грамматических явлений, а также наиболее употребительной лексики.
Пособие состоит из трех частей. Первая часть освещает налоговую тематику, вторая – финансовую и третья – юридическую.

We can describe a company in terms of:
hierarchy
responsibilities
affiliates
structure
Most companies are made up of three groups of people: the shareholders (who provide capital), the management, and the workforce.
At the top of the company hierarchy is the Board of Directors, headed by the President (or the Chairperson). The Board is responsible for making policy decisions and for determining the company’s strategy. The Board of Directors usually appoints a Managing Director (or Chief Executive Officer) who has overall responsibility for the running of the business Senior managers head various departments or functions within a company, which may include the following:
Marketing, Sales, Accounting, Public Relations (PR),Production, Advertising, Legal Service, Purchasing, Finance, Personnel (Human Resources), Research and Development (R&D), Aftersales.
All the directors are responsible for the work of the departments and report to the President.
