Best Practice

You can create a new user with the same group and profile membership as an existing user with the Save As New User action, which is available from the Participant Administration utility. To add groups or profiles from other users, you can use the add groups from another user or add profiles from another user actions.

For more information, see the help available from the Participant Administration utility.

The Profile link available from the organization and site contexts allows you to set up the visibility of actions in the user interface for users, user-defined groups, and organizations.

For more information on participants, the Participant Administration utility, and profiles, see Understanding Participants (Users, Groups, and Organizations) on page 251 .
