Exercise 2. Translate these sentences into Ukrainian paying attention to the active vocabulary of the text.

1.An invoice or bill is a commercial document issued by a seller to the buyer, indicating the products, quantities, and agreed prices for products or services the seller has provided the buyer. 2. An invoice indicates the sale transaction only. 3. Payment terms are independent of the invoice and are negotiated by the buyer and the seller. 4. Payment terms are usually included on the invoice. 5. The buyer could have already paid for the products or services listed on the invoice.6. Buyer can also have a maximum number of days in which to pay for these goods and is sometimes offered a discount if paid before the due date. 7. From the point of view of a seller, an invoice is a sales invoice. 8. From the point of view of a buyer, an invoice is a purchase invoice. 9. 1.Рахунок-фактура — в комерційній практиці документ, що надається продавцем покупцеві і вміщує перелік товарів, їх кількість і ціну, по якій вони будуть поставлені покупцеві, формальні особливості товару (колір, вага і т. д.), умови постачання і зведення про відправника і одержувача. 2.Рахунок-фактура є основним документом, згідно з яким оплачуються отримані товари чи послуги відповідно до вказаних умов. 3. В міжнародній практиці використовується інвойс, який є аналогом рахунку-фактури. 4. Рахунок-фактура оформляється у випадку попередніх домовленостей на перевезення вантажів в межах однієї (України) країни, інвойс – у випадку міжнародних перевезень. 5. Рахунок-фактура може використовуватися як супровідний документ при перевезеннях.
