8.Продолжительность строительства комплекса ВЛ со специальными переходами и электрическими подстанциями устанавливается по наибольшей норме продолжительности строительства одного из объектов комплекса - линии, перехода или подстанции. Нормы задела определяются с учетом сроков завершения строительства отдельных объектов комплекса, предусмотренных проектом организации строительства.
9.При строительстве электрической подстанции с пусковыми комплексами (первый и последующий трансформаторы) в объем работ первого пускового комплекса включается выполнение необходимых строительных работ, обеспечивающих производство монтажных работ по последующим пусковым комплексам (трансформаторам) без прекращения эксплуатации подстанции.
Интервалы ввода в эксплуатацию последующих трансформаторов могут устанавливаться с учетом планового роста потребности в электроэнергии, предусмотренного проектом развития данного района (объекта). В этом случае продолжительность строительства последующих пусковых комплексов (трансформаторов) принимается по норме первого пускового комплекса с коэффициентом 0,6.
10. Продолжительность строительства подстанции с синхронными компенсаторами устанавливается по наибольшей норме продолжительности строительства электрической подстанции или синхронного компенсатора. Продолжительность устройства синхронных компенсаторов составляет, мес:

11.Для высоковольтных линий электропередачи напряжением 6 - 20 кВ, а также напряжением 220 кВ и выше продолжительностью строительства более 4 мес, трассы которых проходят по полям с сельскохозяйственными культурами, разрешается продолжительность строительства, установленную настоящими нормами, увеличивать на продолжительность вегетационного периода. Фактический период временного прекращения производства работ на указанных участках, связанный с сохранением урожая, в каждом конкретном случае должен подтверждаться актом, составленным представителями хозяйства, заказчиком, подрядчиком и представителем Совета народных депутатов. В таких случаях акты на потравы не составляются.
12.Нормы на тепловые сети разработаны в расчете на подземную прокладку в непроходных каналах в мокрых грунтах. При прокладке сетей другими способами и в других условиях продолжительность строительства устанавливается с применением коэффициентов:

13.Нормы на тепловые сети диаметром 1400 мм протяженностью более 15 км разрешается применять только для транзитных магистральных сетей. Нормы учитывают строительство всего комплекса сооружений, обеспечивающих ввод в эксплуатацию транзитной тепломагистрали.
14.Нормы на тепловые сети, указанные в п.13, разработаны в расчете на надземную прокладку. При прокладке сетей в тоннелях с попутным дренажем к норме применяется коэффициент 1,2 и без попутного дренажа - 1,1.
15.При строительстве тепловых сетей в условиях благоустроенных улиц и городов с разборкой и восстановлением дорожных покрытий к нормам применяется коэффициент
1,2.
16.При строительстве тепловых сетей с применением различных способов прокладки к норме применяется коэффициент , определяемый по формуле
