Общие указания
1.Нормы продолжительности строительства и задела в строительстве установлены для обогатительных фабрик, строящихся по отдельным титульным спискам.
2.При строительстве углеобогатительной фабрики очередями или пусковыми комплексами продолжительность строительства первой очереди (пускового комплекса) определяется нормативной продолжительностью строительства обогатительной фабрики равной мощности.
3.Продолжительность строительства и задела в строительстве для конкретных обогатительных фабрик, а также для последующих пусковых комплексов (очередей), уточняется проектом организации строительства с учетом указаний Общих положений.

6. ТОРФЯНАЯ ПРОМЫШЛЕННОСТЬ
Общие указания
1*. Продолжительность работ по предварительному осушению обводненных торфяных месторождений с верховым, переходным и смешанным типами залежей нормами не учтена. Продолжительность этих работ устанавливается проектом в один или два года в соответствии с нормами технологического проектирования предприятий по добыче торфа и прибавляется к общей продолжительности строительства.
2.Продолжительность строительства предприятий по добыче торфа для приготовления торфоминерально-аммиачных удобрений устанавливается по нормам для предприятий соответствующей мощности по добыче торфа для компостирования.
3.Продолжительность строительства предприятия по добыче торфа малой степени разложения устанавливается применительно к нормам продолжительности строительства предприятий по добыче торфа на топливо.
Расчетная мощность предприятия по добыче торфа на топливо определяется по формуле

|
4*. Продолжительность строительства предприятия с одновременной добычей торфа различного назначения (для компостирования, на топливо, малой степени разложения и т.д.) определяется по суммарной мощности добычи торфа применительно к нормам продолжительности строительства предприятий по добыче торфа преобладающего назначения, при этом мощность предприятия по добыче торфа малой степени разложения приводится к мощности по добыче торфа на топливо в соответствии с п.3.
5*. Продолжительность строительства предприятий по добыче торфа мощностью, превышающей максимальные значения, приведенные в нормах, определяется с учетом строительства дополнительного комплекса соответствующей мощности согласно п.21 Общих положений.
