The Game of Chess
1) The game of chess so popular nowadays all over the world comes from India.
2) According to an all legend it was invented by king Shirham’s vizier Sissa Ben Dahir and presented to the king.
3) The King was very pleased and wanted to thank him.
4) His vizier’s desire seemed quite to fulfill.
5) He said he wanted the grains to cover all 64 squares of the board starting from one grain and so on doubling the number for each square that came next.
6) The king thought his vizier did not ask too much for what he had done and said that he would certainly give him what he asked for.
7) But the number of grains needed increased so rapidly that the king soon saw he would not be able to keep his word.
8) Thus king Shirham found that he either had to remain constantly in debt to his vizier or cut his head off.
9) He thought it best to choose the latter alternative.

1) An electronic computer is a device that can accept information, store it, process it and present the result of the processing in some acceptable form.

3) Hardware represents the material part of the machine, its equipment, while software is represented by computer instruction and program.

5) The basic unit of information for a computer is called a byte. A byte consists of eight bits.
6) The part of a computer that takes in information is called the input unit. It is provided by a keyboard.
7) The part of a computer that puts out the information is called the output unit. It is printer and display.
8) The part of a computer which stores information is called storage of memory.
9) Storage is characterized by 2 main factors: an access time and capacity.
10) Storage can be internal and external.
11)The central processing unit (CPU) or central processor is the nerve center of any computer system.
12) It coordinates and controls the activities of all other units and has 2 hardware section: an arithmetic and logic unit, and a central unit.

Albert Einstein
1) Albert Einstein was born in Germany 1879.
2) His unusual talent for mathematics and physics began to show when he was a student at a technical school in Zurich.
3) At the age 21, after four years of study at the university , he began to work as a clerk at an office.
4) In 1905 he made some revolutionary discoveries in science.
5) He published three papers.
6) In his first paper he explained the photoelectric effect with the help of M. Planks quantum theory.
7) His second paper was a mathematical development of the theory of Brownian motion.
8) His third paper was about the “Special Theory of Relativity”.
9) Einstein’s work was published in a physical journal.
10) It stated that energy equals mass multiplied by the square of the speed of light.
11) This theory is expressed by the equation: E=mc2.
12) Scientists all over the world met this Einstein’s work with interest and surprise.
13) But only very few physicists realized the importance of his theory at the time.
14) Another of Einstein’s great discoveries was his unified field theory.
15) It was the result of 35 years of intensive research work.
16) Albert Einstein gave all his life to science.
17)His ideas made a revolution in natural science of the 20th century.
