Joint Venture

HOMATEK is the name of Russian-German venture launched in Moscow. The enterprise has produced the first batch of high-efficiency machine-tools with numerical programmed control and flexible production modules.

Russian Production Association a machine-tool producer widerly known both in Russia and abroad teamed up with the German Heinemann firm because Heinemann is a long-standing partner of Russian foreign trade associations and an experienced consultant for the Moscow machine-tool manufacturers. It is a reliable partner for cooperation on the world market.

Heinemann invested more than seven million marks into the joint venture. The Russia side controls 51 % of the HOMATEK capital.

The first jointly manufactured HOMATEK machine-tools are ready to be exhibited in the United States of America.
