Sequencing activities:
The purpose of sequencing project activities is to arrange them in a logical order for completion. Since activity sequencing enables you to determine the order of activity completion that best manages the time and resources available for completing the project, it is an important part of scheduling.
The activity list was designed and created within the define activities process, and it is this list that is now arranged in a logical sequence showing the order in which these activities must be performed, hence sequence activities.
The main output from the sequence activities process is the project schedule network diagram. (develop schedule)
Developing schedule:
A project developing schedule designates work to be done and specifies deadlines for completing tasks and deliverables.
Critical path: 1->2->3->4->6->7->->8->9->10->11->11->12->13->14
End of the project was 14th week.
Organizing and preparing
Project staff:
The main point for our team was to implement this project to find sponsors, who wants to give for our project financial support.

Human Resource Management is closely linked to the cost and time management planning processes and consists of the following four activities:
develop HR Plan; acquire project team; develop project team; manage project team.
Developing Human Resource Management plan:
Project Manager - Zhibek Abilkhanova
Moldir Mukhambetova
Anel Auezova
In this phase, the requirement is to produce a detailed Human Resource Management Plan that covers the project lifecycle from planning to project closeout.

Acquire project team:
A staffing plan finalized at this point. The staffing plan is an output document of the HR Management Plan. It captures details of the project's resource requirements. Consultants will be utilized on the project when appropriate. I refer to the Procurement Management Plan for details.
Acquiring a project team is the activity of determining the resource levels required, negotiating the supply of the correct number of resources within suitable timeframes and updating our project management plan (including the schedule) as a result of the outcomes of these negotiations.
Developing project team.
Develop project team is a very important executing process whose main objective is on team building in concert with improving their performance, and like many executing process is will be performed throughout the project. Merely assigning people to tasks doesn’t create a project team. Any good project manager knows that a team is a collection of people who are committed to common goals and who depend on one another to do their jobs. Project teams consist of members who can and must make a valuable and unique contribution to the project.
Steps for developing team:
1.Interpersonal skills. Skills such as empathy, influence, creativity, and group facilitation are valuable assets when managing the project team.
2.Training. It can be formal or informal. But we merge it with the next step (Team-Building Activities), so out training always goes in informal way.
3.Team-Building Activities. Part of training as I sad before. Team building activities should be part of the forming stage we discussed earlier
4.Ground Rules establish clear expectations regarding acceptable behavior by project team members
5.Co-location involves placing many or all of the most active project team members in the same physical location to enhance their ability to perform as a team
6.Recognition and Rewards
Managing project team:
The manage project team process is part of the executing process group and is where you actively manage the project team to make sure that they perform exactly according to the project management plan.
Stakeholders and sponsors:
Head of Department of Management of Information systems – Atymtaeva L.B. and Teacher of discipline "3D Graphics" , main judge of the competitionIulya Sutchenko.
The fourth major process is the management of the project team. Our team not so big, because of this doesn't have conflicts. All team members doing their tasks on time without conflicts.
If conflict appears PM should use the given technique:
•Withdrawing/Avoiding.
•Smoothing/Accommodating.
•Compromising.
