BACKGROUND AND ANALYSIS OF THE PROBLEM

TO BE ADDRESSED

Now the world is catching on programming, and very rapidly. In Kazakhstan, among the younger generation the interest in programming increases every year. But in many schools and universities are not enough good teachers in this field, some schools in rural areas don’t have any programs like Pascal, because they haven’t good software and highly qualified specialists in information technologies. The problem is addressed to young and perspective people in our country. So, to solve this problem, we decided to implement this project, which will help to our students and teachers in studying and learning programming.

PROPOSED GOAL, OBJECTIVES, TARGET POPULATION

AND IMPLEMENTATION PLAN

We know that eLearning represents an innovative shift in the field of learning, providing rapid access to specific knowledge and information. It offers online instruction that can be delivered anytime and anywhere through a wide range of electronic learning solutions such as Web-based courseware, online discussion groups, live virtual classes, video and audio streaming, Web chat, online simulations, and virtual mentoring.

Our goal is to provide an opportunity for students and pupils to learn programming languages independently without the help of anyone. Learning a programming language is an excellent way to improve your resume and make yourself more marketable. So, our project is desktop application for learning and testing yourself without an access to internet.

Our objectives:

a)good and user friendly design

b)versatile, have several programming language

c)good support from implementers

The project will be implemented by programmers and program designers, it will written on C# programming language.
