In spite of the wide conducting complex engineer-technological and medical-hygiene measures and there are yet production factors on modern NPZ, unfavorably influencing on a health workings. To them it is necessary to take the maximum and unmaximum hydrocarbons: sulphuretted hydrogen, oxide of carbon, sulphureous anhydride, unfavorable microclimate terms, noise, vibration, nervously-emotional loadings. Particular interest presents, what influencing is rendered on an organism small, oftentimes below maximum possible a concentration (PDK), levels of chemical matters, characteristic modern NPZ. Results modern epidemiology research in profpatologii also specify on considerable prevalence of chronic diseases of lights. To the most widespread unspecific diseases illnesses of organs of digestion behave similarly, foremost gepatobiliarnoy systems, to bronkho-lunging and heart-vessel systems, in forming and origin of which a certain role belongs to the different chemical factors. At the same time of systematic hygienical researches on Atyrau’s oil remake factory until now conducted it was not. Therefore naturally many aspects of this important problem remain not clear, and requires further researches.

First in work complex description of terms of labour and state of health of workers of Atyrau’s NPZ is presented with uchetam of technological rearmament of industry. Conducted complex physiological researches as evaluated by the functional state of organism of basic professional groups, workings on Atyrau’s NPZ, in the dynamics of the working changing confirmed that on physiological criteria it is necessary to attribute labour of operators and machinists to the categories of works of middle weight, and labour of locksmiths corresponds 3 to the class on physical weight and nervous tension. It is set that the complex of professional-production factors of the studied production is rendered by the harmful affecting organism of workers to it the high level of morbidity testifies above all things from the side of organs of breathing, digestion, circulation of blood, nervous and bone-joint systems.

Condition of labour of operators, machinists, locksmiths at processing of oil at the modern oil remake plant accompanied influence on workings of difficult complex of harmful production factors which consist of influence of chemical, toxic agents and physical factors of production environment. In mid air options of the first group sum relation of actual concentrations of matters, possessing the single processed operating on an organism: sulphuretted hydrogen, monoetanolamin, to their PDK exceeded the oxide of carbon unit. It complicates implementation of operation, related to razgermetizaciey of equipment in earnest, when the concentrations of harmful matters can, sharply to grow. At physical examinations with participation most specialists such forms of chronic diseases are registered as: chronic gastritis, chronic tonsillitis, chronic laryngitis, some skin diseases, decline of ear, sights and other chronic diseases which in ordinary cases would not become reason of address to the doctor.

The feature of terms of lab our of leading professions of modern oil remake factory is the combination affecting organism of workings professional-industrial factors of chemical and physical nature. Made by us scientific analysis of results of complex researches of the hygienical state of production environment, technological processes, physiological estimation of weight and tension of lab our in basic professions, social-hygiene terms of life and way of life, the row of measures allowed to develop the states of health of workers of modern NPZ on the improvement of terms of lab our and saving of health workings in neftepererabatyvayuschey industry.
