SUSTAINABLE CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY – OUR IDEA

At the time of writing this article everyone tries to solve a great number of personal existential problems to reach the success. Every day we contact with a lot of different sorts of information, with companies, organizations, institutions and at school or in employment we spend most of our life.

We can feel the first-hand effects of these, human-created, organizational structures on ourselves and on all society. Impacts of behavior of these entities directly or indirectly affect the entire world and it is up to us to reflect on the prospect of future generations, and hence own children. We can affect directly or resolve many positions. It depends only on our courage, attitude and erudition. Some of them are called "force majeure", as their higher power was not influenced by us. However, as the history of mankind shows, from the creation of mankind on Earth, humanity itself is the architect of its own destiny in the good and in the bad. Nothing is accidentally constructed; everything is created by someone for a certain clearly-defined goal. However, the greater part of society and all humanity have not learnt on their own mistakes, and without the "memory", "unconsciously" we continue to make these mistakes at own peril. We leave our own fate and the fate of the Earth in the hands of "the invisible hand of the market". Dominance over it gathers a small group of "chosen" who make business with corrupt politicians in "democratic societies" and want to manipulate, deceive and influence public opinion. With the help of current informational technologies in the Internet the "secret documents and reports" that were to be forever hidden from the "ordinary people" are also shown and it is only up to us how we can use them for the benefit of humanity and the preservation and maintenance of life on Earth.

ENGAGING STAKEHOLDERS TO DECISION MAKING PROCESSES WITHIN INDUSTRIAL MACHINERY COMPANIES

A new approach of engagement key stakeholders to decision making processes brings many benefits not only to the company but to society as well. Such an approach, that rewards all “actors”, is correlated with the topic of corporate social responsibility because being responsible towards 3P (People — employees and their families, local community; Planet — environment; Profit — owners, investors) means to be responsible towards business stakeholders at all.

Stakeholders are those people (from individuals through groups of individuals to organizations) who are in some (direct or indirect) relations with the company, those who are affected by company decisions and whose actions effect company as well. They create an integral part of all business and are everywhere within the company. Such a company that wants to reach sustainable success must care about demands, interests and opinions of its stakeholders.

But there’s emerging in a question about how to integrate key stakeholders to the decision of reaching mutual satisfaction (company-stakeholder). We suggest the way that uses a multicriteria decision making, specifically the method of analytic hierarchy process (APH) that works on pairwise comparison´ s principle of preset criteria.

The criteria, those individual stakeholders meet with, fulfill the condition of mutual inconsistency. There’s an effort to create such a set of criteria for individual stakeholders to be useful in decisions within all industrial companies. Such groups of criteria would meet the principles of corporate social responsibility. In general, it is difficult to implement or integrate criteria of all business stakeholders to strategic decisions. We should be interested in integrating key stakeholders criteria, and so besides shareholders and managers criteria is also criteria of employees, customers, government, suppliers, local community and competition as well.

THE IMPACTS OF MULTINATIONAL CORPORATIONS EXTERNALIZATION COSTS ON THE ECONOMY OF SMES IN SLOVAKIA

Nowadays, the entire planet Earth is in the global crisis, a process that can be called a paradigm shift production and distribution of wealth. In other words, the vast majority of the population lives in poverty, caused by inequitable distribution of generated values , the concentration of power is in the hands of multinational corporations, private companies, which control the national government and the economy in unlimited and arrogant way. Under the pressure of loans, in order to repay old debts, small companies are getting more and more into debt. In order to stabilize the situation, the governments subsidize their actions in renovate private banks and financial institutions, and tax the taxpayers. Rang out at various levels have "recommendations" that banks lend only, are real and not imaginary in virtual capital that the economy did not follow politicians, economists and other "old" truths worthy of the "Nobel premium"! There aren’t real concepts but also to deal with these problems, such as HCS model 3E, the concept for CSR, CSV.

The main goal of my article is analysing the impact of multinational corporations (MNC), that are externalizing costs to the economy of SMEs in Slovakia and recommendations for sustainable use of the CSR to solve them. The main object of my article is supported by intermediate targets:

1.Processing of theoretical knowledge in the following areas: sustainable development, CSR, outsourcing costs, multinational corporations and SMEs.

2.Historical-critical logical analysis unsustainability of the current system of human development and the environment in a globalizing world economy under the pressure of MNC in the context of the hypotheses generated.

3.Summarizing the results obtained in the analysis, interpretation, evaluation, comparison, and design recommendations.
