Position Summary:

Responsible for providing the highest standard of service, cleanliness, sanitation and good

 

order in all designated public areas, outside decks or any other areas as designated by

 

his/her supervisor in accordance with Company policy.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Provide the highest standard of cleanliness and sanitation in all designated areas, which may include lockers, stairwells, Laundromats, elevators, restrooms, outside decks and gangway areas.

2.Adhere to the advised Company sanitation policy at all times.

3.Assist in vessel sanitation as instructed.

4.Adhere to the advised Company U.S.P.H. practices at all times.

5.Assist with passenger stateroom service as directed, to include stateroom make-up.

6.Preparation for Group Events as advised by the Supervisor.

7.Any set-up required in the passenger area as advised by the Supervisor.

8.Set-up/manning and replenishment of shore parties when ship is anchor.

9.The timely collection, sorting and transportation of garbage according to Company guidelines.

10.Adhere to work schedules, Company procedures and regulations regarding uniform, grooming and hygiene.

11.The timely reporting, and follow-up, of all maintenance issues in the designated area of responsibility. This to include spills, stains, burns, wear and breakages to furnishings and/or equipment.

12.Assist with passenger baggage movement during embarkation and disembarkation.

13.Assist with the shampooing of carpet as required.

14.Assist with the Ship’s storing as required.

15.Assist in the embarkation/disembarkation of any passengers requiring assistance.

16.To participate in the C.R.U.I.S.E. program and practice its principles.

17.Any additional duties required by Supervisor.
