Conclusion:

Maybe its ULCER.

There’s narrowing of the organ. Pouch can be seen. Pouch is irregular.

The outline are uneven.

There’s accumulation of barium.

We can see filling defect.

Pouch can be seen (see red arrow)

There’s filling defect.

Conclusion:

Most probably it is CANCER OF STOMACH.

We can see the bulb of duodenum.

There’s pouch on relief and on outline.

Conclusion:

ULCER OF DUODENUM AND BULB OF DUODENUM.

Xray of bulb of duodenum.

Bulb of duodenum is deformed.

We can see small particles on duodenal bulb.

Conclusion:

CHRONIC DUODENAL ULCER.

Pouch on outline.

SYMPTOM OF CONVERGENCE FOLD.

Old patient. Maybe xray is taken due to epigastric pain.

Xray is done under contrast medium.

There’s constriction ( seen by red arrow)

We can see pouch.( see yellow arrow)

Maybe there’s mass(tumour)(black arrow) The margins are irregular

We have the filling defect.(shown by blue arrow)

Pouch can be seen.

We can see filling defects.

Its is the SYNDROME OF FILLING DEFECTS. The deformity maybe due to CANCER.

We can see filling defect, which is the main pathology here.(see arrow) The margins are uneven and rough(at place of arrows mainly)

Conclusion:

CANCER OF STOMACH.

We can see irregular bordersreflection of folds( teeth like appearance)---see black arrows. It is THE SYNDROME OF DEFORMITY.
