The heart of Moscow is Red Square, one of the most beautiful squares in the world. In the centre of Red square is the Lenin´s Mausoleum. On the southern side of Red Square is St. Basil´s Cathedral (Vasily Blazheny) built during the reign of Ivan the Terrible to commemorate Russia´s conquest of the Kazan Kingdom in 1552.
