MOROCCO - NATIONAL REGULATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

PASSPORT & VISA

Required.

NOTE: Additional requirements may exist. Please contact the appropriate authority to confirm information.

HEALTH

No vaccination certificate is required for entering Morocco, except when coming from an area infected with cholera, yellow fever, smallpox, aviary influenza or any similar epidemic.

When an interstate agreement is not existent, applications for overflights and technical landings of aircraft registered in ICAO member states shall be submitted to Direction de l’Aeronautique Civile.

One month in advance for series of more than 4 flights by letter, and via AFTN to GMMRYAYA 10 days in advance for series of 4 or less and single flights.

Applications for aircraft registered in other than ICAO member states shall be submitted via diplomatic channels.

NON-SCHEDULED FLIGHTS

For overflights and technical landings the same procedure as published for Scheduled Air Traffic shall be observed.

Requests for permission to operate Inclusive Tour Charter (ITC) flights, along with an attached form duly filled out and signed, must be forwarded by the carriers, and not the charterers, to Direction de l’Aeronautique Civile.

An information copy shall also be submitted to the destination airports.

The request form contains the following:

a.Date, day, month and year;

b.Copy of contract between airline and charterer;

c.Copy of operational authorization (AOC) granted by the competent authority of the country of origin indicating type of aircraft and registration marks;

d.Date, route of flight and flight time;

e.Copy of insurance policy;

f.Formal obligation to repatriate the passengers to whom transport has been ensured.

Lead times for request submission are as follows:

a.30 workdays before the planned date of the first flight for a series of 10 flights or more within two civil months;

b.15 workdays before the planned date of the first flight for a series of less than 10 flights within two civil months;

c.72 hours before the flight operation for a single flight;

Air carriers are authorized to make double stops in Morocco.

PRIVATE FLIGHTS

Requests for authorization shall include following information:

a.name or name of the operation company;

b.the aircraft owner;

c.name of the pilot;

d.type and registration of the aircraft;

e.date, route and full schedule of the flight;

f.purpose of the transport;

g.cargo of the aircraft:

1.number of passengers;

2.tonnage and nature of freight;

3.sender of freight;

4.recipient of freight.

For aircraft registered in ICAO member states a prior authorization is required. However, a flight plan shall be submitted at least 24 hours prior to departure to:

a.Civil Aviation Authority GMMRYHDT;

b.ACC Casablanca GMMMZQZX;

c.expected airport stopovers and border airports.

Aircraft registered in non-ICAO member states require special authorization for which the request shall be submitted through diplomatic channels.

STATE AIRCRAFT FLIGHTS

Flights through the airspace of Morocco or the landing of such aircraft on the territory of Morocco are subject to a prior authorization. The application must reach the Ministry of Foreign Affairs through diplomatic channels at least 10 days before the beginning of the flight(s).

The following information shall be included:

a.type and call sign of aircraft;

b.name of pilot-in-command;

c.number of persons aboard;

d.nature and purpose of flight;

e.date of flight;

f.route of flight;

g.intended landing(s);

h.frequency of flights;

i.any complementary information considered to be useful.

AIRPORT(S) OF ENTRY

First landing shall be made at, and final departure from a customs airport.

NETHERLANDS - NATIONAL REGULATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

PASSPORT

Required.

The following documents are accepted in lieu of a passport:

certificate of identity issued by the government of Cyprus to Cyprus nationals;

national identity card issued by the authorities of Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, San Marino, Spain and Switzerland.

a national passport expired for up to five years issued by the authorities of Andorra, Austria, Belgium, France, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Portugal, San Marino, Spain and Switzerland.

a refugee passport (Titre de Voyage).

Seaman’s Book (provided it is used for traveling on duty) issued by the authorities of Algeria, Angola, Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Barbados, Brazil, Bulgaria, Cambodia, Cameroon, Canada, Cape Verde, Chili, People’s Republic of China, Colombia, Republic of Congo, Denmark, Dominica, Egypt, Estonia, Ethiopia, Finland, France, Germany, Ghana, Great Britain, Greece, Grenada, Guinea-Bissau, Guyana, Honduras, Hungary, Hong Kong, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Iraq, Iran, Israel, Italy, Ivory Coast, Jamaica, Japan, Jordan, Kenya, Latvia, Libya, Lithuania, Madagascar, Malaysia, Mexico, Morocco, New Zealand, Nigeria, Norway, Oman, Pakistan, Panama, Papua New Guinea, Paraguay, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Sao Tome and Principe, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Singapore, Slovenia, Solomon Islands, Somalia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Sweden, Switzerland, Syria, Thailand, Togo, Tonga, Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United States of America, Uruguay, Vanuatu, Venezuela, Vietnam and Western Samoa;

NOTE: A Flight Crew Member’s License or a Crew Member Certificate issued on behalf of the Chicago Convention, is also accepted when entry is in order to start service at an airport or their company base of operations.

Crew members of aircraft from airlines of countries not being a party to the Chicago Convention shall comply with the general regulations for the entry of aliens.

VISA

Required, except for the following:

citizens exempted by the provisions of the Schengen Agreement;

holders of a refugee passport (Titre de Voyage) issued by the authorities of Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Ice-

land, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

A transit visa is not required for passengers waiting for a continuing flight who will not leave the airport. However, nationals of, or foreigners traveling on documents issued by Afghanistan, Angola, Bangladesh, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ethiopia, Ghana, India, Iraq, Iran, Lebanon, Nigeria, Pakistan, Somalia, Sri Lanka, Syria, or Turkey, must be in the possession of an airport visa even if they do not leave the aircraft.

The obligation to have an airport visa does not apply to those foreigners who lawfully reside in one of the EU countries, Canada, Norway, Switzerland or the United States of America.

Passengers for whom a visa is required upon entering the Benelux and who arrive from a Schengen state must be in possession of a visa or transit visa. They cannot transit without a visa.

NON-SCHEDULED FLIGHTS

When not otherwise provided by international agreements, or exempted by the Ministry of Transport, Public Works and Water Management, flights for non-scheduled transport may only be operated in pursuance of appropriate permission, granted by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation to the air carrier concerned.

PRIVATE FLIGHTS

The information contained in the flight plan is accepted as adequate advance notification of the arrival of incoming aircraft.

AIRPORT(S) OF ENTRY

Aircraft shall first land and finally depart from an international airport.

SPECIAL NOTICES

The military aerodromes of De Kooy, Eindhoven, Enschede (Twenthe), Gilze Rijen, Leeuwarden and Woensdrecht may be used by civil aircraft under certain conditions.

Use of these military aerodromes may only take place during normal operation hours

The Commanders of the Royal Netherlands Navy and the Royal Netherlands Air Force have stated that for each separate flight a request should reach the relevant Staff at least one week (but preferably two weeks) before the date of the intended use and should include the following:

a.date of use;

b.manufacture and type of aircraft;

c.nationality and registration marks;

d.aerodrome of departure;

e.ETA at and ETD from the military aerodrome concerned;

f.destination aerodrome;

g.total landing weight (in lbs);

h.tyre-pressure of aircraft (in psi);

i.radio frequencies available (frequency 122.1MHz is required);

j.reason of use of military aerodrome concerned;

k.total number of persons on board;

In the flight plans of flights to a military aerodrome the expected landing weight and tire pressure, in psi, shall be stated under item 18. This does not apply for aircraft with an AUW of 6000 kg or less.

NORWAY - NATIONAL REGULATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

PASSPORT

Required, except when otherwise stipulated by interstate bilateral agreements or the Schengen Agreement.

VISA

Required, except when otherwise stipulated in visa abolition agreements.

HEALTH

Certificate of vaccination against smallpox required of all passengers, except those arriving from European countries, Canada and U.S.A., provided they have been residing in these countries for more than 14 days immediately preceding the arrival in Norway.

AIRCRAFT ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

SCHEDULED FLIGHTS

Scheduled air traffic is governed by interstate air agreements or special authorization.

NON-SCHEDULED FLIGHTS

For aircraft registered in a state party to the Chicago Convention no prior permission is required for overflights and non-traffic stops. Prior permission is required for commercial landings unless otherwise provided by special agreements (e.g. article 2 of the Multilateral Agreement on Commercial Rights of Non-Scheduled Air Services in Europe) and by “Regulations on Charter Flights and Taxi Flights to and from Norway”.

Special provisions are applicable for inclusive tour charter flights, affinity group charter flights, own use charter flights, student charter flights, freight charter flights and flights in connection with special events.

For aircraft registered in a state NOT party to the Chicago Convention prior permission is required for all overflights and landings. Application should be submitted so as to reach the Civil Aviation Authority at least 48 hours prior to the estimated time of entry into Norwegian territory (Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays excluded).

Application for permission to carry out charter flights to or from Norway shall be submitted to:

The application shall include the following information:

a.name, address, telephone, telex and/or telefax number, and AFTN, if any, of the operator;

b.type and registration marks of aircraft;

c.insurance documents;

d.date, flight plan and flight number;

e.charter category;

f.name(s) and address(es) of the charterer(s).

Application for a series of flights (more than four flights within two months) shall be submitted at least 30 days in advance and other applications shall be submitted 48 hours in advance (Sat., Sun. and Hol. not included) to the address above.

Operators designated to carry out charter flights between Norway and the United States of America, under the existing air transport services agreement between Norway and the USA, do not require prior permission. Notification, however, shall be given to the Norwegian Civil Aviation Authority prior to each departure and shall include the following:

a.name, address, telephone, telex and/or telefax number, and AFTN, if any, of the operator;

b.type and registration marks of aircraft;

c.name(s) and address(es) of the charterer(s);

d.date, flight plan and flight number;

e.nature of the flight (passenger and/or cargo charter);

f.insurance information.

PRIVATE FLIGHTS

No prior permission is required for aircraft registered in a State party to the Chicago Convention. For other flights application shall be submitted to the Civil Aviation Authority at least 48 hours prior to the estimated time of entry into Norwegian territory (Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays excluded). The application should include information on:

a.type of aircraft and registration marks;

b.name, address and nationality of the owner and pilot;

c.route to be followed and destination, indicating time and place of crossing Norwegian border;

d.purpose of flight, number of persons on board;

e.evidence of valid insurance covering third party liability;

f.radio equipment and frequencies.

All flightplans delivered by phone, fax, IPPC or by other means, must have a confirmed slot before DEP to/from ENGM.

AIRPORT(S) OF ENTRY

Aircraft entering or leaving Norwegian territory shall make their first landing at, and their last take-off from one of the following international aerodromes: Alesund (Vigra), Alta, Bergen (Flesland), Bodo, Fagerness (Leirin), Harstadt-Narvik (Evenes), Haugesund (Karmoy), Kirkenes (Hoybuktmoen), Kristiansand (Kjevik), Kristiansund (Kvernberget), Molde (Aro), Moss (Rygge), Narvik (Framnes), Oslo (Gardermoen), Roros, Sandefjord (Torp), Skien (Geiteryggen), Stavanger (Sola), Svalbard (Longyear), Tromso (Langnes), and Trondheim (Varnes).

Simplified customs and immigration clearance procedures are established for flights between Sweden and Norway with light aircraft.

The Civil Aviation Authority may in certain cases grant permission for flights to and from aerodromes which do not have the status of international aerodromes.

Pilots requesting customs at aerodrome where such requests are to be forwarded to the appropriate ATS unit, shall in item 18 of the flight plan include the abbreviation “RMK”, followed by the words “REQUEST CUSTOMS”.

In case of exemption for an aircraft from the requirement to use an international aerodrome, this shall be indicated in item 18 of the flight plan under “RMK”, followed by “CUSTOMS ARRANGED”.

SPECIAL NOTICES

The following applies to private and taxi flights with aircraft with MTOM 5700kg and not approved for more than 10 persons for air traffic between Norway and other Schengen countries (not for flights to/from international airports in Norway):

b.Departing aircraft shall not leave the landing area prior to the time stated in the FPL without prior permission from the Customs Service.

c.Persons who arrive with the aircraft shall not leave the aircraft prior to the arrival time stated in the FPL.

d.Goods carried on board shall not be removed from arrived aircraft prior to the arrival time stated in the FPL.

e.Aircraft shall only carry goods which:

can be imported/exported free of tax and toll according to existing rules of exceptions from these regulations,

are not included in the import/export restrictions, and

not require clearance.

AIRCRAFT ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

SCHEDULED FLIGHTS

Overflights and Non-Traffic Stop

For overflights or landings for non-traffic purposes the airline must have been designated:

under a bilateral agreement signed by Portugal; or

under the International Air Services Transit Agreement provided that the State in which the airline is registered is a party to either agreement. It is further required that the overflights or landings are made in accordance with the timetable submitted to and approved by the National Institute of Civil Aviation.

Traffic Stop

Landings for traffic purposes require the airline to have been designated pursuant to a bilateral agreement signed by Portugal and the State in which the airline is registered.

NON-SCHEDULED FLIGHTS

Overflights and Non-Traffic Stop

No prior permission but prior notification is required for overflights and technical landings of aircraft registered in ICAO-member states. The flight plan is considered to be sufficient notification provided it contains details following below. Aircraft of non-ICAO member states must send application for prior permission, which has to contain the following details:

name of operator;

type of aircraft and registration marks;

date and time of arrival at and departure from the airport concerned;

itinerary;

purpose of flight.

Traffic Stop

Registration

Operators intending to perform non-scheduled flights into and out of Portugal must be registered in the National Institute of Civil Aviation as being authorized to operate such flights. For that purpose:

they are requested to file a certificate of competence issued by their aeronautical authorities as evidence that their operations are carried out in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in their state;

operators of any State member of the European Civil Aviation Commission (ECAC) should have their names included in a list to be provided by their own Administration to the ECAC Secretariat;

carriers designated to operate scheduled services under a bilateral agreement with Portugal and actually operating such services shall be considered registered.

Categorization

Furthermore, non-scheduled flights are categorized as follows:

a.Single flights - not more than one flight per month and per operator, regardless of the category, between the same country and Portuguese territory. The transportation of the same group of passengers or of the same freight in both directions shall be considered as one flight, provided the operator does not change.

b.Short series - not more than four flights within a period of two successive calendar months and per operator or group of operators, between the same country and Portuguese territory.

c.Long series - more than four flights within two successive calendar months and per operator or group of operators, between the same country and Portuguese territory.

d.Emergency flights - when performed for the purpose of meeting humanitarian and emergency needs.

e.Taxi-flights - of occasional character, destination is chosen by the hirer, provided the aircraft does not have a seating capacity of more than 10 passengers and no part of the capacity is resold to the public.

f.Own-use flights - when performed either for a person who charters the entire capacity of the aircraft for the carriage of his or its staff or goods; no part of the capacity is resold and the charter price is not shared by the passengers.

g.Tour flights - when performed for one or more persons, acting as organizers who charter the entire capacity of the aircraft for tours.

h.Migrant worker flights.

Inclusive Tour Charter Flights

The carrier, or its representative shall:

submit to the National Institute of Civil Aviation (INAC), not later than 5 days before the flight, an application containing the particulars, including information relating to the wholesale charter price and the retail selling price, as well as to the type and location of accommodation;

deposit with the INAC, not later than 2 days before the flight - or at the airport 2 hours before the flight - a list of all the passengers in each group, in alphabetical order by surname, followed by the name and location of their hotel and, if requested, by the date of their return flight;

submit a copy of the charter contract and an advertising brochure containing the program of the trip;

ensure that each participant on the flight is in possession of a valid ticket and an identification document.

Advance Booking Charter Flights

The carrier, or its representative shall:

submit to the National Institute of Civil Aviation (INAC), an application containing the particulars, including information relating to the wholesale charter price and the retail selling price;

post to the INAC, not later than 30 or 21 days before the flight - for journeys to/from Canada or the U.S.A, respectively - a list of all the passengers in each group (main list), in alphabetical order by surname, followed by the number of passport; the main list may be accompanied by a waiting list - containing the same type of information - in which the number of booking (persons) does not exceed 100 per cent of the number of seats contracted for;

deposit with the INAC, not later than 5 days before the flight a list of all the passengers in each group - containing the same type of information as the main list - showing transfers made from the waiting list to the main list and/or substitutions from the general public, if any, the number of which must not exceed, respectively, 15 and 10 per cent of the seats contracted for each group;

submit a copy of the charter contract;

ensure that each participant on the flight is in possession of a valid ticket and of the identification document referred to in the final list.

Special Event Charter Flights

The carrier, or its representative shall:

submit to the National Institute of Civil Aviation (INAC), not later than 5 days before the flight, an application containing the particulars, including information relating to the wholesale charter price and the retail selling price;

deposit with the INAC, not later than 2 days before the flight - or at the airport 2 hours before the flight - a list of all the passengers in each group, in alphabetical order by surname, followed by the number of passport;

submit a copy of the charter contract and the programme of confirmed notice of the special event in question with the indication of its date;

ensure that each participant on the flight is in possession of a valid ticket, the identification document referred to in the passenger list and a ticket or any other document proving his attendance to the special event.

Affinity Charter Flights

The carrier, or its representative shall:

submit to the National Institute of Civil Aviation (INAC), not later than 5 days before the flight, an application containing the particulars, including information relating to the wholesale charter price;

post to the INAC, not later than 30 or 21 days before the flight - for journeys to/from Canada or the U.S.A, respectively - a list of all the passengers in each group (main list);

deposit with the INAC, not later than 2 days before the flight - or at the airport 2 hours before the flight - a list of all the passengers in each group, in alphabetical order by surname, followed by the number of passport;

submit a copy of the charter contract and, upon request, the articles of the association concerned;

ensure that each participant on the flight is in possession of a valid ticket, the identification document referred to in the passenger list and a membership card or any other document proving his membership.

Student Charter Flight

The carrier, or its representative shall:

submit to the National Institute of Civil Aviation (INAC), not later than 5 days before the flight, an application containing the particulars, including information relating to the wholesale charter price;

deposit with the INAC, not later than 2 days before the flight - or at the airport 2 hours before the flight - a list of all the passengers in the flight, in alphabetical order by surname, followed by the number of passport;

submit a copy of the charter contract and, upon request, the articles of the sponsoring institution;

ensure that each participant on the flight is in possession of a valid ticket, the identification document referred to in the passenger list and his student card.

Migrant Worker Charter Flights

The carrier, or its representative shall:

submit to the National Institute of Civil Aviation (INAC), not later than 5 days before the flight, an application containing the particulars, including information relating to the wholesale charter price and the retail selling price;

deposit with the INAC, not later than 2 days before the flight - or at the airport 2 hours before the flight - a list of all the passengers in the flight, in alphabetical order by surname, followed by the number of passport;

submit a copy of the charter contract;

ensure that each participant on the flight is in possession of a valid ticket, the identification document referred to in the passenger list and his residence, working or social security card, employer’s certificate or other documents proving his quality of migrant worker or family member of migrant worker.

Authorization

Authorization is required for all traffic stops, except in case of:

emergency flights;

intra-European taxi flights;

own-use flights performed for the operator himself;

intra-European own-use flights performed by aircraft registered in states parties to the Multilateral Agreement;

intra-European single flights of any category performed by aircraft registered in states parties to the Multilateral Agreement, where, subject to operational restrictions, previous notification will suffice.

Requests for authorization of long series of flights of any category shall be submitted not later than 30 days before the beginning of the series. In case of series of 12 or more flights taking place in the following summer (1st Apr - 31st Oct), it shall be presented until 15 January. For winter operations (1st Nov - 31st Mar) request must be received until 1 September. Notification relating to single flights and short series must be directly sent to the airport concerned.

Advance Notice and Application for prior Authorization of International General Aviation and other Non-Scheduled Flights (Non-Schengen space) to National Aerodromes

International General Aviation and other Non-Sched- uled Flights (flights coming from or leaving for Non-Schengen States) to/from National Aerodromes require prior authorization from INAC.

NOTE: These requirements are not applicable to flights to/from International Airports.

The operator shall submit the application, a minimum of two working days in advance, with the following details:

a.name of operator;

b.type of aircraft and registration marks;

c.third party liability insurance certification (valid for the area of operation);

d.date and time of arrival at, and departure from, the National Aerodrome concerned;

e.place of embarkation or disembarkation abroad, as the case may be, of passengers and/or freight;

f.purpose of flight and number of passengers and/or nature and amount of freight;

g.name, address and business of charterer, if any.

If the application is not submitted two working days in advance, the operator shall submit, not later than 24 hours (one working day) before the flight, following details:

a.identity, nationality, number and validity of passports, and date of birth, of the crew and the passengers;

b.copy of the cargo manifest.

In case of alteration of the information on which the authorization granted by INAC was based, this authorization is automatically cancelled and the operator shall require a new authorization from INAC.

USE OF MILITARY AIR BASES

Portuguese Military Aerodromes are normally restricted to military aircraft only. Providing that a civil airport is not available in the proximity and that intentions are clearly stated, the use of Military Aerodromes by civilian aircraft requires a 3 days prior permission request (PPR), sent by the owner or the operator, to the following addresses:

PPR must contain the following items:

a.intended military aerodrome, purpose and reason for its use and period of utilization;

b.departure airfield, last stopover and following destination;

c.date of flight and ETA;

d.type, registration and weight of the aircraft;

e.number of crew and passengers on board;

f.aerodrome facilities and services required, not to include petrol, oils and lubricants which shall only be supplied in emergency situations;

g.copy of the insurance liability for the aircraft occupants and third-party, showing its applicability to military facilities;

h.any other information deemed useful for a more effective assistance upon arrival.

These procedures do not apply to flights to Beja (LPBJ), Lajes (LPLA) and Alverca (LPAR) for maintenance purposes and related matters with OGMA - Oficinas Gerais de Material Aéreo, SA., Medical / Hospital flights with recognized urgency.

Users must consider compliance with security and operational rules in force and that authorization may be cancelled at any time.

SCHEDULE AND AIRPORT COORDINATION

The airports of Faro, Lisbon, Porto and Madeira are designated coordinated airports (Faro only during the IATA summer period).

All air carriers operating to and from these coordinated airports shall always submit a request for the allocation of available landing and take-off slots to the coordinator and receive approval before operating.

SCHEDULED FLIGHTS

Application for permission should be submitted to the Civil Aviation Directorate of the Republic of Serbia at least 40 days in advance.

The application for issuing permission for carrying out the air services shall comprise the following data:

a.owner’s name, and/or the aircraft operator and his address;

b.type of aircraft and flight number;

c.departure and destination aerodrome;

d.date of flight within the Serbian airspace, entry/exit points with estimated times over these points and ATS route designations to be flown;

e.certificate of Insurance against third parties;

f.aircraft equipment.

If the foreign aircraft operator intends to overfly the territory of Serbia or carry out technical landings, it may be performed without the permission provided that the submitted time table has been confirmed by the Serbia and Montenegro Air Traffic Services Agency Ltd.

The application for the approval of the time table shall be submitted to the Serbia and Montenegro Air Traffic Services Agency Ltd 40 days prior to the beginning of the air services concerned. Modifications or additions shall be notified 10 days in advance.

The application for the approval of the time table above shall comprise the following data:

a.owner’s name and the aircraft operator’s name and addresses (postal, SITA and/or AFS), telefax and/or telex numbers;

b.period and day(s) per week of intended flights;

c.callsign, registration mark and type of aircraft;

d.MTOM of the aircraft;

e.departure and destination aerodrome;

f.date of flight within Montenegrin airspace, entry/exit points with estimated times over these points and ATS route designations to be flown;

g.certificate of insurance against third parties;

h.aircraft equipment.

NON-SCHEDULED FLIGHTS

The application for issuing permission to foreign aircraft operators to carry out non-scheduled public air services shall be submitted to the Civil Aviation Directorate of the Republic of Serbia as follows:

a.for individual flights (up to 4 flights) - 5 working days;

b.for series of flights from 5 to 10 flights - 7 working days;

c.for series of flights over 10 flights - 15 working days.

The application for permission ought to comprise the following data:

a.aircraft operator’s and/or charterer’s name and their addresses (postal, invoicing, SITA, AFS), telefax and/or telex numbers;

b.call sign, registration marks and type of aircraft;

c.number of passengers per each flight;

d.date of flight within Montenegrin airspace, entry/exit points with estimated times over these points and ATS route designations to be flown;

e.certificate of insurance against third parties;
