V. Translate into Russian:

Moscow has become the largest administrative, economic and cultural centre in the Soviet Union. Moscow is the seat of the Soviet Government, one of the world’s cultural, scientific and artistic centres, the home of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR with its numerous institutes, laboratories, the home of thousands of libraries, museums, permanent exhibition halls, of hundreds of cinemas, clubs, theatres, palaces of culture, 80 institutes of higher education.
