Aim of the lesson: competence within the above topic.

Virtual learning environment: textbooks, posters, pictures, personal educational materials, tables, texts, etc.

Practical skills before the lesson: the students should know basic tense- and voice forms.

Practical skills and knowledge after the lesson: the students should answer questions on the above topic.

Educational importance of the topic: Cultural development and moral education of students in doctor’s training. Formation of systematic approach to the analysis of medical information, the perception of innovation; the formation of ability and readiness to self-improvement and self-education, personal and subject reflection.

Algorithm of the lesson:

2. Grammar Practice. (45 min) Degrees of Comparison.

2.2. Translate.

1. Practice. Reading for detail. (30 min)

   1. Упражнения для обучения изучающему чтению:

1. распределите факты, содержащиеся в тексте, по степени важности;

2. назовите данные, которые вы считаете особо важными. Обоснуйте свое решение;

   1. добавьте факты, не меняя структуру текста;

   2. найдите в тексте данные, которые можно использовать для выводов/аннотации;

   3. составьте аннотацию/реферат;

   4. поставьте вопросы к основной и детализирующей информации текста;

   5. напишите тезисы по содержанию прочитанного; . составьте письменную оценку (рецензию);

   6. прочитайте сокращенный вариант текста, заполните пропуски недостающими словами;

   7. переведите на родной язык указанные абзацы/части текста и др.

5. Homework.Ask questions to the most important facts (10) from Английскийязык: учебник/ И.Ю. Марковина c. 40-41, упр. 14, 15. Answer them (without using the text!)
