1. Executive Summary
Statement of purpose
This business plan has been developed to obtain a start up capital for the operations of Marktune Consulting Limited- a management company. It also serves as an operational outline and the plan for the first five years. Marktune Consulting Limited is dedicated to develop an innovative management consulting company with 26 consultants. The founding entrepreneurs intend to raise a start up capital of 49 000 Euro, covered by 49 % of shares. The founding entrepreneurs are able and willing to contribute 51 000 Euro, which will finance of 51 shares, and 50 000 Euro shall be raised through an investment loan from the bank. Each of the entrepreneurs shall invest 17 000 Euro to make up for the amount to be raised by the entrepreneurial team. The business plan uses the following exchange rates: 1,25 USD =1Euro = 40 Roubles for clarity and simplicity of conversion.
The main KPI’s of the project will be:

To obtain profit equal to 579 200 Euro by the fifth year of business activity;

To capture 0,05 % of CIS consulting market in the same period of time;

To attract 60 clients in fifth year of operations;

Manufacturer of high quality services, the company Marktune provides reliable, high quality alternative to internal resources for development of companies, market promotion and development of trade relations in the international level.
This alternative to internal resources has a foundation in the form of practical experience, know-how of various business linkages and privacy. Customers should be aware that cooperation with Marktune occurs at a higher professional level than using only internal resources. From its operations, the company Marktune will receive greater financial benefit, bringing even greater benefits to their customers. Emphasis will be placed on promoting services and products to customers in the CIS markets.

Key Success Factors
Perfect execution of the agreements - are absolutely confidential, reliable expertise, which can be fully trusted. The use of internal reserves for business development in new directions. The transition from a single general examination to a broader range of consulting services that can increase profit - one-time counselling, counselling project, market research, publishing reports on the results of market research.
1.2 Core competences
The founding entrepreneurs are all business oriented and will all possess MBA degrees therefore funding of the business plan will not be a problem. Furthermore the founding entrepreneurs have a broad network including potential customers and agents in Germany, the United Kingdom and the USA, which shall serve as a competitive advantage over its Russian competitors.
The management team shall be made up of tree master’s degree holders and a powerful Board of Directors (BOD) of three members from start. Such management team will be very useful when the company starts to witness growing pains (see clause 2.1.4 Stages of company growth of this Master Thesis), because it shall be easily handled leading to future growth of the business venture.
