Dear Ma and Dad!
You may congratulate me on getting my first job. I think, you may be proud of your daughter. I’ve had the interview and gone through it successfully. I’ll work as part time promoter for the firm which produces and distributes cosmetics and perfume. My new colleagues are very nice and professional. The staff is friendly and its goods are in demand. It has already made profit and our best employees will get awards and extra salaries. I’m happy to be one of them.
It’s not bad, especially when Christmas is coming. I’ll come home on Christmas Eve.
So, we’ll be together at Christmas. You may hope for gifts, I have got pocket money, so I can afford it. It’s a pity, Dolores refused to join me, but I can understand how much she misses her country and her people. I like her so much. We have been together for three months and have become “sisters”. If you see her one day, you’ll like her too.
Don’t think that my work will disturb my studies. Everything is well. My adviser estimates my papers high. I like economics more and more and get the most profound knowledge of the subject.
See you soon,
love, Jane.
