(Интервью с психологом Родионом Орлановым в прямом эфире провела и записала Алина Дутлаева)
– В Иркутске было опрошено 88 матерей и отцов наркоманов. И все они приветствуют принудительное лечение наркоманов.
– Родственники приветствуют?!
– Около 75% согласны с уголовным наказанием за потребление наркотиков, потому что они считают: пусть лучше дети сидят в тюрьме, чем погибают на их глазах.
– Я абсолютно убежден, что они будут погибать и в тюрьме. Только гораздо быстрее, чем на свободе. При этом мы не устраним саму причину наркомании – среду обитания, предлагающую такой стиль поведения, при котором теряются социальные и нравственные ориентиры. В Иране смертная казнь полагается за наркоманию, публично отрубают голову. И все равно наркоманы там есть, и они продолжают употреблять наркотики. Вся история человечества говорит, что устрашение здесь не работает. Бороться надо не с наркоманами – бороться надо с наркомафией, с теми, кто продает наркотики, кто их производит и привозит в нашу страну!
У меня было много пациентов, которые психологически выздоровели. Не надо опускать руки до последнего момента. Пока он жив, есть надежда. Другой вопрос – как достучаться до его сознания, как вступить с ним в духовный контакт, как заставить его посмотреть на себя и на свою болезнь со стороны.
Если вы сейчас, до внесения изменений в УК РФ, приедете в наш лечебный центр, никто уголовно вас преследовать не будет.
– Прокомментируйте, пожалуйста, новый закон «О наркотических средствах и психотропных веществах».
– По этому закону даже факт зависимости от наркомании, если человек при этом отказывается от добровольного лечения, является уже криминальным. Слава Богу, пока еще в Уголовный кодекс подобное изменение не внесено. И наш сегодняшний разговор – это попытка заблокировать внесение таких изменений. Потому что новый закон провоцирует государственные структуры на возрождение репрессивной системы.
Я считаю, что это пагубный закон, если иметь в виду проблему лечения наших пациентов. Это закон, который объединил два совершенно несвязанных процесса. Оборот наркотиков – законный и незаконный, да, его государство должно регламентировать. Но я не понимаю, зачем они ввели туда статью о принудительном лечении наркоманов за факт употребления. Таким образом мы не только не решим проблему, мы загоним ее в подполье, мы не дадим возможность этим наркоманам прийти в официальные структуры.
Их надо лечить, причем именно психологическим воздействием. Алкоголизм и наркомания – химически, биологически неизлечимые заболевания, но это не трагедия. Если у человека аллергия на апельсины, то он просто не должен есть апельсины. Гораздо большая проблема – это психологическая зависимость. Вот она вполне излечима.
– Алло, здравствуйте. Меня зовут Ирина. У меня вот какой вопрос. Скажите, можно ли считать чифирь наркотиком?
– Вообще понятие «наркотик» – это понятие юридическое. Есть определенный список веществ, которые официально называются наркотиками. И за препарат, который находится в этом списке, человека могут посадить в тюрьму. С этой точки зрения чифирь не наркотик. Но если иметь в виду биологическую сторону, то – да, я знаю людей, у которых возникает зависимость от чифиря. И в этом смысле чифирь – наркотик.
– Скажите, а как отучить от этого моего младшего брата?
– Необходимо изменить среду его обитания, ведь подросток начинает употреблять наркотики не потому, что он их хочет, а потому, что этого требует его субкультура. Однако в 14 лет очень легко меняются приоритеты. Нужно объяснить ему, что чифирь – это чистая химия – возможно, он прекратит это делать.
Вы должны уметь сказать «нет» в компании. Вы должны понять, что в этой ситуации те, которые употребляют наркотики, – не самые крутые. Они самые глупые. Как раз проявив силу воли и отказавшись, вы всем докажете, что вы сильная личность.
– Посоветуйте, как мне быть. У меня есть подруга, у нее грудной малыш, ему 6 месяцев. Ребенок орет все время, не дает матери спать. И вот она мажет соску кокаином и дает ему…
– Это ужасно.
– Где-то месяц назад это началось. Что будет с ребенком?
– Ребенок станет наркоманом. Это абсолютно неизбежно. То, что творит ваша знакомая, – это настоящий вандализм. Единственное, что я могу рекомендовать, – надо сделать так, чтобы у нее изъяли этого ребенка.
– А как это сделать? Понимаете, он уже перестал вообще засыпать просто так.
– Я думаю, что единственная возможность – это обратиться в правоохранительные органы. Каждый человек, который знает о чьем-либо криминальном поведении, имеет право туда обратиться. Такое поведение матери подпадает под соответствующую статью Уголовного кодекса – «Вовлечение несовершеннолетнего в употребление наркотиков».
– А его можно еще спасти?
– Да, конечно. Он пока еще не осознает своей зависимости. И если сейчас его изолировать от такой, с позволения сказать, матери, он забудет об этом и биологически восстановится.
– Я работник наркологического диспансера, Тамбовского областного. Сейчас нас пытаются ликвидировать – присоединить к психиатрической службе.
– Да, это ужасно. Тогда формировать духовно ориентированные программы просто будет трудно.
– Просто невозможно – там ни о каких программах речь не идет. И все это делается под благовидным предлогом экономии бюджетных средств. А у нас, вы не представляете себе, какой сейчас оборот идет по неотложной наркологической помощи. Это просто страшно, что творится. Оказывается, теперь психиатрическая больница будет это делать на платной основе.
– Понятно. При этом психиатрия предложит чисто медицинские подходы, будет травить наших пациентов психотропными препаратами, что не приведет ни к какому результату. Я считаю, что ваша администрация совершает глубочайшую ошибку.
Я думаю, что вы должны найти в себе мужество, объединиться со всеми здравомыслящими людьми и выступить публично.
