3. Checking of maximal current protection (mcp)

During practical check of protection functions work (защит MT3, 33, 311, АЧ) we calculate coefficients of the return, diagnostics tolerance of separate parameters by means of next formulas:

• coefficient of return of protection according to a current

Where I_r— current of return of a protection to initial value;

And I_pra - current of protection actuation;

-coefficient of return of protection according to a voltage

Where U_r- voltage of return of protection to initial state;

And Up_ra-voltage of protection actuation;

• Coefficient of return of a protection according to a frequency

Where f_r- frequency of return of protection to initial state; And f_pra- frequency of protection actuation;

• 

  - accuracy of actuation of voltage protection

  - coefficient of frequency protection actuation

  

  Where f_pra- frequency of protection actuation;

  And f_s- setting of a frequency of protection actuation

  

  Where I_pra- current of protection actuation;

  And I_s- setting of a current of protection actuation;

  Accuracy of actuation of current protection

Where U_pra- voltage of protection actuation;

And U_s — setting of a voltage of protection actuation;

3. Checking of maximal current protection (mcp) attention!

It’s not allowed to set parameters of mt3 less than 2.7 a.

1. Adjusting the protection parameters of MP3C-05.

Select in the menu of MP3C-05 programming module CONFIGURATION, press button ENTER on the front panel of device MP3C-05, and, having selected string MT3, turn on protection. On the mini display you should see following

message:

• MT3 - here it is.

Turn off other types of protection.

Select the programming module of MT3, press button ENTER on the front panel of MP3C-05. On the mini display screen you will see message of SETTING, DETENTION, and after pressing the button "V" - DIAGNOSTICS.

Select string SETTING, press button ENTER and set:

• SETTING MT31-2,7 A;

• SETTING MT32 - 2,8 A;

• SETTING MT33-2,9 A.

Press button EXIT. Select string of DETENTION, press button ENTER and

set:

• DETENTION MT31 - 0 c;

• DETENTION MT32 - 0 c;

• DETENTION MT33 - 0 c.

Press button EXIT. Select string CONTROL, press button ENTER and set:

• TYPE OF MT3 - INDEPENDENT;

• 1 STAGE OF MT3 - TURN IN;

• 2 STAGE OF MT3 - TURN IN;

• 3 STAGE OF MT3 - TURN IN.

Position of other data in the programming module CONTROL is not regulated.

Select in the menu of MP3C-05 programming module SETTING, press button ENTER.

Select string OUTPUTS, press button ENTER and set:

• ДВ07:

СТАТ БЛ MT31 - TURN ON;

СТАТ БЛ MT32 - TURN ON;

СТАТ БЛ MT33 - TURN ON.

Press button EXIT, select string OUTPUTS of КОМ, press button ENTERand set:

• P02 - СРАБ 1 CT MT3 - TURN ON;

• РОЗ - СРАБ 2 CT MT3 - TURN ON;

• P04 - СРАБ 3 CT MT3 - TURN ON;

Select in the programming module SETTING string INDICATION, press button ENTER and set:

• СДИ1 - СРАБ 1 CT MT3 - TURN ON;

• СДИ2 - СРАБ 2 CT MT3 - TURN ON;

• СДИЗ - СРАБ 3 CT MT3 - TURN ON;

Select in the programming module SETTING Выберите в программном модуле ADJUSTMENT string УВВ and press ENTER.

Select string INDICATION, press button ENTER and set:

• СДИ1 - СДИЗ - НОРМАЛЬНЫЙ;

Select string ДИСКР INPUTS, press button ENTER and set:
