  1. Aim of the work: to get acquainted with design of MP3C-5.

  2. Tasks:

  1. To get acquaintance with describing, adjustment, logic scheme and action of automatic function: doubling automatic switching of АПВ, device of backup of switch УРОВ microprocessor relay protection MP3C-5 in according with manual РСГИ.466452.007 РЭ.

  2. To get acquaintance operator’s manual SilifJL , is developed for MP3C-5.

  3. To make checking of workability function of automatic: doubling automatic switching of AI IB, device of backup of switch УРОВ uses liquid crystal indicator MP3C-5 and service program Silif' L.

  4. To prepare report about executed work.

The function of double automatic reclosing Al IB is designed to re-enable the high-voltage switches it off after the drawdown in overcurrent protection.

Backup Devices breakers are designed to disable the related supply connections at the circuit breaker failure of adhesion, which is shorted out.

    1. General instructions

MP3A device manufactured by the manufacturer is fully adjusted and tested to disable protection, minimum values of settings and shutter speeds, the values are listed in Table 1.

To conduct a practical test of the automated functions necessary to configure the MP3A-05 (to include the required functions ЛГ1В, breaker), to determine the function of signal indicators (ДВ1 ... ДВ8), define the functions of inputs (ДВ01 ... ДВ8) and outputs (P02 ... P7) device MP3A, and also set the working setpoint and time delay.

Carrying out the diagnostic of MP3A, the configuration, issue of settings, the definition of the functions of signals (ДВ1 ... ДВ8), the definition of inputs (ДВ01 ... ДВ8) and outputs (P02 ... P7) of МРЗЛ, as well as diagnostics the quantities of input signals by using the Monitor, which recorded in ROM the device MP3A-05.

  1. Automatic reclosing of апв

АГ1В device designed to automatically re-enable the connection after disconnecting it from the protective devices.

The functional block diagram of the formation of the team starting from AITB MT3 is shown in Figure 1. The functional block diagram of АГ1В is shown in Figure 3. Blocks are shown in Figures 2 and 3 are implemented in software.

Timing diagram of АГ1В is shown in Figure 2.

AFIB has a setting for the duration of the first and second cycle of АПВ, the duration of the lock of the first cycle and АПВ in general and for the duration of the lock for manual reclosing the circuit breaker CB. After operation of the MT3 is start- АПВ. This will start the timer of the first cycle (T1), who counted out the set time, acts on the circuit breaker connection.

Simultaneously start the timer block 1 (Tbl.l), which blocks at a given time timer of the first cycle and prepares the chain starting the second cycle of АПВ. If the first was the inclusion of a short circuit, again triggered MT3 and start-up timer is the second cycle of АПВ (T2).

Timer of the first cycle at this time is blocked. Timer of the second cycle АГ1В, counted out the set time, acts on the circuit breaker at the same time a timer is started blocking 2 (Tbl.2), which blocks at a given time timers of the first and second cycles.

If the second was the inclusion of a short circuit triggered MT3 and produces a final stop. Start АПВ no longer occurs, the timers of the first and second cycles in this time blocked. After the expiration of the time Tbl.2 (second cycle timer АПВ), regardless of whether it was successful or unsuccessful integration, there is a return to its original state АГ1В. Via a digital input can be performed on / off trigger AFIB from any stage of MT3. Via a digital input can also generate a ban АПВ, as well as enabling / disabling the second round of AI IB and AFIB as a whole.

In the case off the second round of the ASW and (or) АПВ generally performed via a digital input, the subsequent incorporation must necessarily produce a digital input. When you manually turn the circuit breaker timer starts blocking 3 (Tbl.3), which at the scheduled time blocks reclosing.

Thus, when you turn the switch on the circuit and triggering MT3 start AI1B does not occur, the ASW will be ready for action after a time Tbl.3.
