Exercise 10. You ability to greetpeople determines how successfulyou are. Your greetings should be easy, cheerful andfriendly, even ifyour own mood cannot be described in these terms. Normally when you greet your near and dear ones, a single greeting phrase does not suffice. Rather the greeting ceremony includes thefollowing phrases:
