MCS COMBY JIGGER is a high temperature machine for processing flat fabrics at constant and adjustable tension and speed. The technologic cycle is fully automatic by means of a microprocessor type "CT 400/401 Jig. and ТЕ 4", able to memorize up to 40 different programms. This microprocessor allows connection with the central computer (optional) and consequent personalization of the machine. The parts in touch with liquor and mechanical parts under pressure are of stainless steel AISI 316 (W.Nr. 1.4401). MCS COMBY JIGGER offers maximum accessibility and maneuverability during loading and unloading, even when machine is closed, it can be inspected inside thanks to inside illumination and bull eyes. MCS COMBY JIGGER is provided with add tank and injection pump in order to carry out adding even when machine is under pressure and at high temperature.

Technical characteristics.

Loading capacity for a batch diameter - 1100 mm max. is to be calculated with following formula: length (in m) =1200/t where t is fabric thickness.

Constant fabric speed for the complete cycle, which can be pre-established from 15 to 150 m/min.

Constant tension on fabric for the complete cycle, which can be pre-established from 10 to 100 кg.

Hydraulic/electronic drive of high reliability, with slow start and stop, fully automatic programmation of working cycle.

Low liquor ratio approx. 1: 2.

Heating to 143 °C and cooling with high efficiency external heat-exchanger.

Recycling of dyeliquor.

Driven device for fabric centering.

Synchronized loading and unloading of fabric, with auxiliary hydraulic motor at constant speed and tension.

Automatic device to avoid unbalancing of the roll, when machine is not running.

Woven articles of different fibers such as Nylon, PES, Cotton, СО/PES, Viscose, Acrylic, Canvas, Linen, Cotton/Linen, and Wool etc. with weight from 80 to 600 gr/m² are treated on this machine. Particulary, compact and closed articles find an economic profitable dyeing solution. With MCS COMBY JIGGER it is possible to carry out dyeing cycles to 143°C without carrier addings, so eliminating useless costs as well as pollution problems. For small and medium batches MCS COMBY JIGGER is the best alternative to Pad Steam - Thermosol Continues Ranges, which are more expensive and are used less and less in present textile situation. Thanks to the possibility to scour and bleach at temperatures higher than 100°C, with MCS COMBY JIGGER excellent hydrophility results, better dyestuff yield and perfect penetration are obtained. Considering the reduced liquor ratio, the energetic comparison with Jet and Beam Dyeing Machines is in favor of MCS COMBY JIGGER.
